Families considering NAFA Arts Preschool would typically begin by enquiring about available slots for their intended start month, as places — particularly in playgroup programmes — can fill quickly. When you contact the centre, it is worth asking about the daily routine, the infant-to-caregiver ratio, and the settling-in approach for younger children. If your child holds Singapore citizenship, ask about ECDA subsidies, which may help offset monthly fees. A centre visit is strongly recommended before committing, so you can meet the teaching team and observe the environment firsthand.

NAFA Arts Preschool has a very well-rounded and holistic curriculum for their students. My daughter has learned and grown a lot since she joined in January 2023. The Principal and Teachers are very caring, encouraging, and supportive. Aside from the great curriculum the school offers, they also teach and instill good lifestyle / hygiene habits to the young ones (which I personally really love and appreciate). The meals served in school are always nutritious and sufficient. I can focus on my work knowing my daughter is in excellent hands everyday.
As a parent whose child has experienced 2 different preschools (and with nephews in other preschools), I can confidently say that APS has exceeded all my expectations. Not only do the teachers genuinely care about the well-being and development of each child, the dedication and compassion to each child has deeply touched our hearts. The focus on arts education/exposure plays a vital role in fostering creativity and imagination - we are inspired by the various forms of art he is exposed to in school. Regular updates on his progress, together with weekly insights on his class activities have made us feel involved and assured about his development. We definitely recommend NAFA Arts Preschool to any parent seeking a nurturing and stimulating environment for their child!
The principal of NAFA Art Pre School does not CARE ABOUT HER STUDENTS AND STAFF, and I must say, it was one of the worst experiences I've had with an educational administrator. This principal was not only uncaring, but also irresponsible in her duties. From the moment I approached them with a concern about my child's academic progress DUE TO HIGH TURNOVER RATES OF TEACHERS LEAVING, it was clear that the principal had little interest in helping. They seemed dismissive of my concerns and did not provide any concrete solutions or support. In fact, they seemed to go out of their way to avoid dealing with the issue, which only made me more frustrated and upset. It was as if they were content to let things slide and avoid any confrontation, regardless of the potential consequences for the students involved. Overall, I would not recommend this principal to anyone seeking a responsible and caring leader for their child's education. Their lack of concern and irresponsible behavior have left a lasting negative impression on me, and I can only imagine how their actions have affected other parents and students in the school.

NAFA Arts Preschool operates on a monthly recurring fee model, listed at the mid-range price tier. Beyond the monthly programme fee, most childcare centres in Singapore also charge a one-time registration fee and a deposit of roughly one to two months' fees upon enrolment. Additional costs may include uniforms and personal accident insurance, so it is worth confirming the full fee schedule directly with the centre. Childcare fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, which means no goods and services tax is added to your monthly bill. Contact NAFA Arts Preschool directly for their current fee schedule, as rates can vary by programme type and age group. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled at ECDA-licensed centres may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care, or up to S$300 per month for childcare. Working mothers who clock at least 56 hours of work per month may qualify for the Additional Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy on top of the Basic Subsidy. For lower-income households, the Additional Subsidy (income-tested) can bring the combined subsidy up to S$710 per month or more. Note that NAFA Arts Preschool does not currently list an ECDA licence in its public profile, so you should confirm with the centre directly whether they are ECDA-licensed, as subsidy eligibility depends on this. Permanent Resident children are eligible for partial subsidies. Subsidy amounts are subject to change — always check ECDA's official website for the most current figures.
Popular childcare centres and playgroups in Singapore can have waiting lists of three to twelve months, particularly for infant care places. The peak intake period is typically January, aligning with the start of the school year, so families are advised to enquire well in advance of their intended start month. To secure a place, most centres require payment of a registration fee and a deposit at the point of enrolment. Contact NAFA Arts Preschool directly via phone or their online enquiry form to check current availability for your preferred programme and start date, and ask what steps are needed to hold a slot.
