Apprehensive to head down here on a Saturday morning when read about the negative reviews but we didnt have much choice when the GP was unable to remove the toy lodged in our toddler's nostril. We were glad we came down. Staff at registration, nurse assisting pre-checks were compassionate and professional. Doctor Roy and other staff who assisted us were fantastic with our kid and we were able to get the toy out of his nostril smoothly. We were done with the whole process in less than an hour.

I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Waiting room was half full but we got seen in less than 5 minutes and it was always less than 5 minutes between each step, except for getting x-ray results. Fandi at the front desk was very helpful

Waiting time is ridiculously long , male Chinese staff in specs at registration is taking his own sweet time . Waited 1 hour plus for registration and still not our turn , then have to wait for Triage before we can even see doc.
