About Neo Garden Catering
Neo Garden Catering is an islandwide buffet and event catering provider based at 30B Quality Road, Singapore. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channels. It holds a Google rating of 4.2 across 838 reviews, a robust sample that provides a reliable indication of service consistency. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range tier ($$) on a per-pax model, in line with standard Singapore buffet catering norms.
Enquiries typically begin with confirming your pax count and event format — standard buffet, mini-buffet for smaller gatherings, bento delivery, or live-station catering. Minimum headcount thresholds apply, so share your final guest count early. Discuss the full dietary mix upfront: halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, and no-beef requirements should be declared at the point of enquiry so the menu can be configured accordingly. A menu tasting is worth requesting before committing to the deposit, especially for larger events. Confirm delivery and setup windows, whether equipment such as chafing dishes and warmers is included, whether a buffet attendant will be on-site, and the teardown timing.
Contact Neo Garden Catering by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to confirm pax count, event date, dietary requirements, and menu selection before paying any deposit.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
Order online for a corporate event, Yumi is prompt in replying my enquires and everything is organised. Made payment before 2 days actual event. On the day itself, received whats app msg real time tracking of driver location. Food set up was quick and good. The sin chow mee hoon is a bit hard, and the oyster kai lan w mushroom is rather bland. The rest of the food is nice especially the curry. It's very flavourful and nice. I feel the portion of the food is little for 40 pax.
Got the Party Pack from Santa from Neo Garden (x'mas set 2025) and was delighted with the portion and quality of the food. All guest gave praises especially for the roast chicken, tropical salad and chocolate log cake! Indeed a hearty spread of holiday favourites.
This is the review for their daily tingkat service. The dishes are generally quite good in quality and quantity. The meal pictured is for lunch for 3 pax, which is more than enough. The packaging is also well done. They deliver both lunch and dinner on weekdays only. It has been about 3 months now and we are happy with the service provided.
We always order from Neo Catering. This time we ordered thier buffet dinner for our Chinese New Year's celebration on 28th February 2026. Thier food never failed us. Food was delicious and all our guests love it, especially thier Signature Curry Chicken, Fried Rice With Silver Fish, Bo Bo Cha Cha (Hot). I would like to thanks Mr Venesse Chai Chon Loong for helping us to change some dishes of the menu to meet request. Again thank you for your great attitude, promptness and kind assistance.
Had a great experience with the catering service today! Ming Hui was very easy to communicate with, responsive, and helpful in answering my queries. The delivery team was punctual, set up quickly, and ensured everything was arranged nicely despite the limited space. They even came up with solutions on the spot, which I really appreciated. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were well-prepared. If there could be a little more for the small bites, that would be even better, but overall, the serving was great. Collection was also right on time, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Highly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency—would definitely recommend them for any event!

Neo Garden Catering prices on a per-pax basis, in line with Singapore buffet catering norms. Standard buffets typically run S$15–25 per pax with a minimum of around 30–50 pax; premium buffets with more dishes or live stations sit at S$25–60 per pax; mini-buffets for smaller groups of 8–15 pax are generally S$18–30 per pax. Bento delivery tends to fall in the S$8–18 per pax range. Itemise the full cost before confirming: delivery and setup fees (often waived above a spend threshold but charged for non-central addresses), equipment rental such as chafing dishes and warmers (sometimes included, sometimes billed separately), buffet attendant fees (typically S$80–150 per attendant), waste collection, and GST. Confirm halal certification directly with Neo Garden Catering — a MUIS-issued certificate should display the licence number and validity dates. Note that 'halal-friendly' or 'no pork no lard' labelling without MUIS certification is not the same as certified halal and will not meet the standard for guests who require strict halal compliance. Also confirm the availability of vegetarian (lacto-ovo vs vegan), no-beef options for Hindu guests, gluten-free, and nut-free dishes. For mixed-dietary events, ask about cross-contamination protocols between halal and non-halal food lines. A menu tasting before booking is advisable for larger events — most caterers offer this above a minimum order value.
No regulatory licences are listed on this KakiList profile at this time. Legitimate caterers hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence with a hygiene grade (A being highest, followed by B, C, and D), and halal-certified operations also hold a MUIS certificate. Confirm both directly with Neo Garden Catering before paying any deposit, and ask for the SFA hygiene grade to be stated in writing. Cooked food should reach guests within a roughly 2–3 hour cooked-to-served window for hot dishes, with hot-hold maintained above 60°C and cold-hold below 5°C per SFA guidelines. Confirm setup arrival time, buffet replenishment protocol, and the policy for handling leftovers safely. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
