On 17 December 2025, my 15-month-old son developed red spots on his body. Worried that it might be chickenpox, I contacted the clinic. The nurse who took my call was calm, polite, and reassuring, and promptly advised me to bring my son in for further assessment. Her manner immediately helped to ease my anxiety as a parent. We arrived at the clinic at around 8.00 pm, and from the moment we stepped in, the nurses and doctor were exceptionally kind and patient. They took the time to gently comfort my son and made the necessary checks on his weight and temperature without rushing, ensuring he felt safe and at ease throughout the process. Although this is an urgent care clinic, the level of care, professionalism, and compassion shown to us was truly comparable to that of a restructured hospital. As a parent, I was deeply grateful for the reassurance and support provided during a worrying moment. Please convey my sincere appreciation to the team and keep up the wonderful work in creating such a warm, caring, and reassuring environment for patients and their families.

Very disappointing experience. Yesterday, I brought my daughter to Bukit Panjang Clinic as she was having a stomach ache and no appetite. We waited for almost 2 hours, only to be told by the doctor that it was “just a virus” and that no medication was needed. We specifically asked again whether her stomach pain required any medicine, but the doctor insisted that there was no need and advised us to return only if she was still unwell after five days. Concerned about her condition, we visited a pediatrician today for a second opinion, and she was diagnosed with stomach flu and given proper treatment. This experience has caused me to lose confidence in the clinic. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve their assessment and patient care.

The clinic closes at 11pm, however registration closes at 9pm according to the clinic staff. However, when my family arrived at the clinic at 7.20pm, they were informed that registration was already closed for the day. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially for an urgent care clinic where patients reasonably expect access during stated operating hours. The information provided online and by staff was inconsistent, which resulted in wasted time and unnecessary stress. If there are limits on patient intake or an earlier cut-off time, this should be clearly communicated to avoid misleading patients who may genuinely need urgent medical attention. Patients should not be expected to call in advance just to confirm whether the clinic is accepting registrations. Clear, upfront communication is essential, especially for an urgent care facility.

My experience here was great and pleasant. I felt that everyone from the recep to the triage to the doctors and nurses were polite and friendly. First time here for the little one who was down with a high fever and felt that everything was pretty organized. The waiting area could be slightly bigger but there is always more public seating on the outside or at funtoast. We didn’t have to wait for long - about 5-10 mins for triage and another 15 mins for the doctor. We came on a Sunday 7pm. There is now an online booking system but has to be a booking a day in advance.
