About Nutrition Asia Group
Nutrition Asia Group offers nutrition and lifestyle consultancy from its Hongkong Street premises in the CBD, serving clients islandwide. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channel. With only 7 Google reviews at a rating of 3.3 out of 5, the review sample is too small to draw reliable conclusions about service quality, and prospective clients should treat that figure as directional only. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range tier; specific per-session fees were not available at the time of listing.
A typical engagement begins with an initial consultation to assess your current diet, health goals, and any underlying conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, or digestive concerns. From there, a practitioner will outline a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, which may involve follow-up sessions on a recurring basis or a structured programme with defined milestones. It is worth clarifying upfront whether the practitioner holds registration with a recognised professional body, whether a first-session intake form is required, and what the cancellation policy is for booked appointments — these details shape the overall commitment you are making.
To take the next step, reach out to Nutrition Asia Group via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm session availability, the lead practitioner's credentials, and the full fee structure before booking your first appointment.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Lots of healthy snacks and gym supplements here! Staffs (specifically Emilyn) were very friendly and provided great recommendations too! Didn’t expect myself to walk out with so many good stuffs!
Would have put 0 star if it is possible. My wife bought chocolate from this company via Lazada. They delivered a different item without informing in advance and the chocolate item expires in less than 1 month. Strong warning to other consumers to stay away.
bought quest protein bar on their lazada mall. but send me another brand of protein bar which include ingredients i cant consume. seems like they like to anyhow send item which match the item u bought but in other brand. not honest
Terrible experience. I have ordered two food items. One was sold out and was replaced with another item (am fine with this since they called to inform). The other was simply replaced without even informing, and the replaced item expires in less than 3 weeks. Please stay away from this company.
One of my fave places to stop by for a healthy snack, kombucha, or protein powder whenever I'm in town! Staff are amazing and the item selection is excellent.

Specific per-session pricing for Nutrition Asia Group was not published at the time of this listing, so you will need to enquire directly. As a general reference, nutrition consultations in Singapore typically range from S$80 to S$200 per session for an initial assessment, with follow-up sessions running S$60 to S$150. Structured programmes covering multiple sessions are often available at a bundled rate. Confirm whether a first-consultation fee applies and whether it is credited towards a package if you proceed. Also ask whether materials such as meal plans or dietary reports are included or billed separately, and whether GST is applicable to the quoted price. Most nutrition and lifestyle consultancies in Singapore do not require a formal GP referral for a standard wellness enquiry. However, if you have a diagnosed medical condition — such as renal disease, eating disorders, or metabolic conditions requiring clinical dietary management — a referral letter from your doctor can be helpful both for the practitioner's assessment and for any insurance reimbursement claims. At a first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your health history, current medications, dietary habits, and goals. Confirm with Nutrition Asia Group whether there are any contraindications they screen for in advance, and whether the initial session is primarily assessment-based or moves directly into advisory work.
Nutritionists and dietitians in Singapore operate under different regulatory frameworks. Registered dietitians holding accreditation from the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA) or the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) have met defined clinical training standards; the AHPC register is publicly searchable and allows you to verify registration before booking. The title 'nutritionist' is not currently a protected term in Singapore, meaning practitioners may hold varying levels of formal qualification. Before your first appointment, ask Nutrition Asia Group for the lead practitioner's qualifications, professional body membership, and registration number, then verify these on the relevant public register. No regulatory licences were listed for this provider at the time of this entry.
