About Nutrition Kitchen Singapore
Nutrition Kitchen Singapore is a nutrition and lifestyle wellness provider operating islandwide from its base at 30 Tai Seng Street. It has been verified by KakiList and holds a 4.1-star rating across 240 Google reviews, a robust sample that offers a reasonable signal of consistent client experience. Prospective clients typically begin with an initial consultation to establish health goals, dietary habits, and any underlying conditions or restrictions relevant to a nutrition plan. Sessions may be conducted in person at the Tai Seng address or remotely depending on the service type; it is worth confirming format, session frequency, and whether a standalone first consultation leads into a structured ongoing programme or a one-off assessment. Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary between providers and should be clarified upfront, particularly if you are committing to a multi-session package.
To get started, reach out to Nutrition Kitchen Singapore via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to request an initial consultation and confirm current availability, session format, and package options before booking.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
This is life changing for me! I get to have quality food and I don’t need to think anymore of what I should eat. This has saved a lot of time and effort and allow me to focus on something else. The delivery is also on time daily. I have just finished my 3 weeks and the menu hasn’t repeated at all. Thank you Nutrition kitchen team. I’m so grateful for your work! Keep it up 🥰
I work from home and Nutrition Kitchen is a God-sent! I am on the low-carb plan into my seventh week and this is my experience: The good: - Punctual: The meals arrive every weekday morning in good time. - Tasty: Most of the time, I'm happy with the meals as they are. The occasional time I'm not, it's easy to adjust it in my kitchen. - Good variety: Chinese, Indian, Mexican to European and more. I haven't gotten bored yet, but if I do, there's the option to skip a week. - Healthy: At this price point, I didn't expect thoughtful touches like pasture-fed beef and cooked veggies (rather than raw salad, which is more common). - Easily digestible: I tend to finish the food within minutes and have no issues with digestion. - Flexibility: Options to switch out a meal you don't like, skip an entire week, or send it to a friend instead. The not-so-good: - Rarely, a meal falls through the QC cracks and arrives undercooked. When that happens, I just continue cooking it. It's a tiny issue and I'm including it to give a balanced picture. - The website is not as user friendly, and after a couple of wrong turns, I hope I've finally got the hang of it. All in, NK is doing a wonderful job and I am glad to have found a food delivery service that works for me.
I’ve tried a few other meal plan delivery services and this is most definitely my favourite by far! Every meal is healthy and well balanced delivered fresh every day so my veggies are always fresh to eat 😁 i love the variety of meals offered, every day is always another surprise - of course you can view the meals selected beforehand but I order the monthly plan so I forget what meals I will be getting in the weeks to follow. Saves me so much time and money with my busy schedule, an excellent service 👌🏽
I was sceptical of meal deliveries but I’m absolutely advocating for Nutrition Kitchen. I ordered both Regular balance and low carb meal plans and I’ve to say they are absolutely delicious. So tasty, I’ve signed up for 2 additional weeks! Highly recommended! Edited: After 2 additional weeks I’ve to say the food wasn’t good and no, I won’t be continuing. Perhaps be consistent?
Super recommended! The delivery service is outstanding. On all day punctual at 7.30am! They don’t even ring the door bell… But most importantly, the food is great and what variety the have! All well balanced. I love the lamb shephert’s pie or the steamed fish. Though yesterday, the rice from char Siew pork was almost raw and not cooked (please be careful next time!).

Nutrition Kitchen Singapore is priced in the mid-range ($$), but specific per-session or package rates were not published at the time of this listing. Wellness nutrition consultations in Singapore typically run S$80–200 for an initial session and S$60–150 for follow-ups, with multi-session packages often offering a reduced per-session rate. Ask whether the first consultation is priced separately and whether materials such as meal plans or tracking tools are included or billed on top. Confirm the cancellation and no-show policy before committing to a package, as fees are commonly forfeited for late cancellations. See the full Nutrition & Lifestyle cost guide for Singapore →
Most nutrition and lifestyle practitioners conduct an intake assessment at the first appointment — this typically covers health history, current dietary patterns, lifestyle factors (sleep, activity, stress), and specific goals such as weight management, blood sugar control, sports performance, or gut health. No formal GP referral is required to book directly, though a referral letter or recent blood work can be useful context if you have a diagnosed condition. If you intend to claim the consultation under an integrated shield plan or employer wellness benefit, check whether your insurer requires a GP referral or a registered dietitian (as opposed to a nutritionist or lifestyle coach) to process the claim. Bringing recent lab results to the first session helps the practitioner tailor recommendations more accurately from the outset.
In Singapore, the title 'dietitian' is not yet a protected title under statute, which means practitioners may describe themselves as nutritionists, nutrition coaches, or lifestyle consultants without holding a formal licence. Registered dietitians who completed accredited degrees and are voluntarily registered with the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA) represent a higher bar of professional accountability. No regulatory licences were listed for Nutrition Kitchen Singapore at the time of this listing. Before booking, ask directly about the lead practitioner's qualifications — specifically whether they hold a degree in dietetics or nutritional science, any postgraduate credentials, and whether they are SNDA-registered or hold internationally recognised certifications such as those from the British Dietetic Association or Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant register before treatment.
