Serena is simply the best. I’ve been going regularly, and she’s always warm, welcoming, and makes us feel comfortable. She creates a private place for us to gather and hang out, arranging rooms to fit everyone’s needs I like a hot room, my friend likes it warm, and she makes it happen. She gathers women together in one room 99% of the time, and always informs us in advance if we’ll be sharing and with how many people. She remembers who is new, gives a friendly introduction, and explains how to use the sauna so no one feels lost. After a good sweat, we can relax in the bathroom lounge and chat. I especially miss the enzyme drink . it was such a therapeutic treat that made us feel rewarded after the sauna. Serena’s attention to detail and personal touch make every visit a joy.

I drink 1 litre water before sauna and in sauna I drink 500ml I can sweat continuously to clean my skin flushing toxin. Like shower. I like the place and lady like very homely. Clean and aunty keep nice clean. Very relaxing in garden seat. Good service. Enzyme drink delicious. After I should drink coconut water too.
