About Paddington Medical
Paddington Medical is a paediatric clinic located at 351 Bedok Road, Singapore 469539, serving families islandwide. It holds a 4.6/5 rating across 218 Google reviews — a robust sample that provides meaningful signal on patient experience. No regulatory licences are currently listed in this directory entry, and the clinic is not ACRA-verified through KakiList; parents are advised to confirm the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's SMC registration directly before booking.
For a first visit, parents typically bring their child's health booklet and any existing investigation results. The consulting paediatrician will take a developmental and clinical history, carry out an age-appropriate examination, and recommend any necessary investigations such as a blood panel, urine dipstick, or referral for imaging. For routine care, the clinic will align with the National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) schedule and track developmental milestones at each review. For more complex presentations — persistent fever, growth concerns, atopy, or suspected developmental delay — the paediatrician will outline a management plan and advise on the referral pathway to a public hospital specialist outpatient clinic if subspecialty input is needed. Consultation fees at private paediatric clinics typically run S$120–250 for a first visit, with investigations billed separately; Integrated Shield Plan coverage and MediSave 500/700 limits apply depending on your insurer and the nature of the visit.
Contact Paddington Medical by WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to confirm current appointment availability, the consulting doctor's name and credentials, and the clinic's accepted insurance panels before your visit.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
We had a great experience at this clinic treating my son’s skin rashes. Dr Lee is very knowledgeable and reassuring. He even took out a skin model to clearly show and explain what was happening with my son’s condition, which really helped us understand and feel at ease. After applying the medication for just three days, the affected area improved significantly. We truly appreciate the care and patience shown, and would highly recommend this clinic to any parents looking for reliable and compassionate treatment. It really gave us peace of mind.
Had a great experience at the clinic with Dr Lee. I visited for recurring bouts of stomach pains and suspected food poisoning. The doctor was very thorough in the diagnosis and took time to explain the condition clearly. I also appreciate the follow ups and genuine care to make sure I recovered well, especially over CNY period when the clinic was closed. Overall a very reassuring experience and felt very well cared for. Staff / recep are also very nice and friendly. Highly recommend!
First time visitor and doctor was very honest and thorough in his advice and treatment plan. The environment was very comfortable and nurses were friendly and warm to constantly check on me during my treatment. i made an appointment and queue system was very straight forward and no long wait times to see Dr Lee. Price is also reasonable with clear breakdown of what was administered and given.
1st time come here, Dr Lee was very friendly & joyful..very bright energetic person, not the typical serious behaviour kind of dr..i came to his clinic cos i'm very worried, my bby made sound like phlegm/grunting sound while breastfeeding(bby 9+mths). he diagnose my babygirl easily without doubt, gave nasal spray (i have illiadin at home so i use both together) & anti-biotics for bby to eat 1 week..came back for follow up (after 5days) my bby improve alot, but 100% healed..need to continue the medicine for 2 more days.. ty for prescribing the best medicine for my bby & treat us very well :)
Paddington has exceeded my expectations setting the standard in very high regard. I made an appointment for a very difficult men’s health concern. In 20 over years of clinical visits, I have never had a genuinely positive experience that came close to my visits here. The nurses and the staff here were tender and very attentive. Dr Lee Joon Loong is by far the best doctor you’ll ever run into in Singapore, radiates such a positive energy on every visit. It felt like I was meeting up with a close friend and because of this the weight of my concerns seemed to get so much lighter. I had to go through surgery. everything pre and post surgical op was just pleasant considering my outrageous amount of anxiety pre op he really took care of me and got me through what would’ve felt like an unpleasant experience for most first timers and turned it into a really pleasant one. My heart goes out to him and his team. I am truly grateful for the experience and for his expertise. I highly recommend Paddington for all your healthcare needs. god bless him and the team for providing such a meaningful service. I will here on out always put Paddington as my priority visit for all my clinical needs and evaluations. THANK YOU!!

Private paediatric consultation fees in Singapore typically run S$120–250 for a first visit and S$80–180 for follow-ups. Investigations are billed on top: a full blood count or basic metabolic panel runs S$60–150, a urine dipstick or culture S$30–80, a chest X-ray S$80–150, and an ultrasound S$150–350 depending on scope. Vaccinations under the National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) are priced per dose — common childhood vaccines run S$50–120 each at private clinics. GST applies on private medical services. For any planned procedure or extended investigation, ask for a written financial counselling estimate that splits the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions. Confirm which Integrated Shield Plan panels Paddington Medical participates in before booking. See the full paediatric cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must be on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg; search by the doctor's name to confirm active registration, specialist accreditation in Paediatric Medicine, and any disciplinary history. For paediatric subspecialties such as neonatology, paediatric cardiology, or developmental paediatrics, check for a Fellowship of the Academy of Medicine Singapore (FAMS) credential beyond basic SMC registration. No regulatory licences are currently listed for Paddington Medical in this directory. Parents should verify the MOH clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC entry directly with the clinic before booking — neither alone is sufficient, and both are required by law. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day procedures, and inpatient stays, subject to each plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider rules. For planned investigations or procedures, confirm pre-authorisation and obtain a Letter of Guarantee from your insurer in advance to avoid claim disputes after the fact. Check whether Paddington Medical is on your insurer's panel — out-of-panel visits typically require you to pay upfront and claim for reimbursement. MediSave can be used under the MediSave 500/700 outpatient withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient, rising to S$700 per year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers conditions including asthma in children. Vaccinations under the NIP may also qualify for MediSave claims. Ask the clinic's reception to confirm which line items are MediSave-claimable and request a pre-treatment itemised estimate for any planned procedure that splits insurance, MediSave, and cash portions in writing.
