About Paradise Group Catering
Paradise Group Catering is an event catering provider serving clients islandwide from its base at Defu Lane 10. The listing is KakiList-verified, and the service carries a 4.4/5 rating across 55 Google reviews — a moderate sample that offers reasonable directional confidence. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range band, reflected by the $$ display, with a per-pax model typical for buffet and event catering in Singapore.
When planning your event, start by confirming the minimum headcount (typically 30–50 pax for a standard buffet, 8–15 for a mini-buffet) and the catering format — buffet, bento delivery, or live station. Share your dietary mix early: halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, no-beef, or gluten-free requirements each affect menu selection and kitchen preparation. Ask whether a menu tasting is available before you commit, and clarify what is included in the quoted per-pax rate — delivery and setup, chafing dishes and warmers, a buffet attendant on-site, and teardown timing should all be confirmed in writing. Cooked food should be served within a 2–3 hour window, with hot dishes held above 60°C per SFA guidelines.
To get started, reach out via phone or the enquiry form with your event date, venue address, estimated headcount, and any dietary requirements, then request a written quotation and menu tasting before paying any deposit.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
Went to visit my sister in Singapore last month,I always wanted to rate one of the restaurants that she brought me for dinner, one of the seafood restaurant in VivoCity, they served very good crab,we order two difference cooking method, creamy butter and salted egg , they were soooo fresh and soooo yummy! The black pepper pork ribs and chicken were equally tasty but on a sweet side ! Overall is a very good dining experience
I visited the Paradise Group Headquarters at Defu Lane and was impressed by the building’s clean, modern design and well-planned layout. The structure is purpose-built for a food and beverage company, combining production kitchens, office space, and staff facilities all under one roof.
I purchased a takeaway of "Braised Pork Rib with Scallion Dry Noodle" from LeNu (Bedok Mall). The packaging was presentable and effectively kept the food warm. However, it's a pity that it isn't reusable, as the additional sticker is difficult to remove and affects its appearance. I consumed the meal about 45 minutes later, and while the noodles maintained a good texture, all the gravy had been absorbed. It would be great if takeaways included a bit more gravy or an optional small container of extra gravy.
Thank you Lit Kuan for his excellence service. The pepper crab is yummy
I recently sought clarification regarding my account and was informed that my points had expired. I promptly requested a review of my case, as I had not received any email notifications, despite their claim that such notifications were sent. I provided screenshot evidence showing I had the 2023 notification but no record of any communication in 2024. Unfortunately, they rejected my appeal. Greatly disappointed with how they handled the situation, with a lack of consideration for customers.

Paradise Group Catering uses a per-pax pricing model positioned in the mid-range band. Singapore market norms for event catering sit at roughly S$15–25/pax for a standard buffet, S$25–40/pax for a premium spread, S$18–30/pax for mini-buffets (minimum 8–15 pax), and S$30–60/pax for live-station formats. Contact Paradise Group Catering directly for a confirmed per-pax quote for your event format and headcount. Confirm what the per-pax rate covers: delivery and setup to your venue, equipment such as chafing dishes and warmers (sometimes included, sometimes billed separately), a buffet attendant on-site (typical S$80–150 per attendant), and waste collection. A delivery surcharge may apply for venues outside the central region. GST is applicable and should be itemised in the written quotation. See the full catering cost guide for Singapore →
Before confirming your order, share the full dietary mix of your guest list — halal, vegetarian (lacto-ovo or vegan), no-beef for Hindu guests, no-pork-no-lard, and any allergy requirements such as gluten-free or nut-free. Ask Paradise Group Catering directly whether they hold a current MUIS halal certificate — note that 'no pork no lard' without MUIS certification is not the same as certified halal and will not meet the standard for guests who require strict halal compliance. For mixed dietary events, confirm cross-contamination protocols: separate serving utensils, separate prep areas, and clearly labelled dishes are the standard. Most reputable caterers offer a menu tasting for orders above a minimum value — book this before paying the deposit, as it is the most reliable way to assess portion quality and dietary accuracy. No regulatory licences are currently listed for Paradise Group Catering on this directory — confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence and any MUIS certification directly before booking.
Legitimate caterers in Singapore hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence with a hygiene grade — A is highest, then B, C, D. Halal-certified caterers additionally hold a MUIS certificate, which should appear on the company's website or be available on request. No regulatory licences are currently listed for Paradise Group Catering on this directory; confirm both the SFA licence and hygiene grade directly before booking. From a food safety standpoint, hot dishes should be cooked the same day and served within a 2–3 hour cooked-to-served window, with hot-hold above 60°C and cold-hold below 5°C per SFA guidelines. Confirm the setup arrival time relative to your event start, the buffet replenishment schedule, and the policy on safe handling of leftovers. For larger events, a buffet attendant on-site helps maintain temperature compliance and service quality. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence, book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
