For a first visit, parents typically contact the clinic by phone or via the online enquiry form to book an appointment, providing the child's age, presenting concern, and any relevant medical history. Private paediatric consultations cover the full scope of child health — from newborn checks and the National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) schedule to developmental milestone assessments, acute illness management, and referral for specialist investigations where required. Parents should bring the child's health booklet, vaccination records, and any previous investigation results. If a blood panel, X-ray, or other diagnostic is recommended during the consultation, the clinic will advise on whether this can be done on-site or requires referral to a partner facility. For planned or recurring care, confirm the follow-up cadence and whether the same doctor is available across visits.
To book an appointment, contact Parkway East Paediatric Clinic PEPC by phone or through the enquiry form on the clinic's listing, and confirm the consultation fee, insurance acceptance, and MediSave eligibility before your visit.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Visiting Dr Jeanette since almost a year for my toddler. She’s very patient and thorough. Her suggestions are balanced (western and traditional approaches balanced.) and she spends a lot of time problem-solving instead of simply slapping suggestions on you. A doctor who really understands that every child and parent are different
I am truly grateful for the care my baby girl has received at Parkway East Paediatric Clinic. We have visited this clinic several times for her development checks, as well as when she was unwell with a chesty cough and runny nose. Each visit has been met with the same level of professionalism, patience, and thorough care. Both Dr Alison and Dr Jeanette were incredibly attentive and took the time to explain my baby’s condition in detail. My father, who accompanied us, is a man of few words, but even he appreciated how clearly the doctors explained everything. Their words reassured him, which meant a lot to me. The nurses were wonderful. They were clear in their instructions, making sure we understood how to care for my baby at home. Their warmth and professionalism made each visit a smooth and reassuring experience. Do take note to make an appointment in advance, as they will do their best to schedule you for the earliest available slot. One advantage of Parkway East Paediatric Clinic is that if the clinic’s appointments are full, there is an alternative option to visit the Paediatric Urgent Care center, where your child can receive treatment right away. This added convenience and accessibility provide peace of mind for parents Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and compassion. I highly recommend this clinic to any parent looking for excellent paediatric care.
Bought my 3 months old baby to parkway east clinic, staff and doctors were very professional and polite. They even do suction for infants which my boy felt much better after. 🙏🏼
Dr. Jeanette is amazing! She has such a warm and kind personality. She is understanding and so super helpful. We feel very safe in her company and trusts her with our daughter’s health. The nurses in the clinic are wonderful. They are so sweet and helpful. They reply super fast and they take such good care of our baby. Always smiling faces and very welcoming.
I am utterly appalled by the way Parkway East Paediatric Clinic has handled my child’s case. I deeply regret not returning to my children’s trusted paediatrician, Dr. Terrace Tan from Kinder Clinic. The only reason I chose Parkway East this time was due to its proximity to my home and the seemingly positive reviews, but my experience has been nothing short of a profound disappointment. On March 7, I brought my daughter, Kayl Ling to the clinic as she had been battling a high fever for four days, accompanied by a cough. Dr. Jeanette recommended my daughter to do four blood tests ,and we received 2 of the 4 blood test results within 2 hours and was informed that the remaining two would take longer. I followed up early the following week, only to be told that the results were still not ready. Despite waiting patiently, I had to call again the week after—only to face endless unanswered calls before finally getting through on March 19. To my shock, the clinic staff claimed that the doctor had already called me on March 7 to discuss the results. This is completely untrue, not only did I never receive any call, but the full results weren’t even available on that date. I have no idea whom the doctor supposedly spoke to, but it certainly wasn’t me. I firmly insisted that I had received no such call and requested to speak directly to the doctor, only to be told that she was on leave. The staff assured me that she would contact me once she returned. Yet, to this day—March 25—I have neither received the full blood test results nor heard from the doctor at all. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating and utterly unprofessional. When it comes to a child’s health, such negligence and miscommunication are completely unacceptable. I trusted this clinic to provide proper care, and instead, I have been met with irresponsibility, inefficiency, and a complete lack of accountability.

No regulatory licences are listed for this provider on KakiList. Every legitimate paediatric clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act, and every practising doctor must be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg. Before booking, search the treating doctor's name on the SMC register to confirm registration status and specialist accreditation in Paediatric Medicine. For paediatric specialists, a fellowship with the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) or the Academy of Medicine Singapore (FAMS in Paediatric Medicine) is the meaningful credential beyond basic SMC registration. Confirm both the clinic's MOH licence and the named doctor's SMC entry — neither alone is sufficient.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays, subject to the plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider rules. Confirm pre-authorisation with your insurer before any planned procedure and request a Letter of Guarantee to avoid claim disputes after the fact. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient items under the S$500/year general withdrawal limit, or up to S$700/year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers listed conditions including asthma and selected developmental conditions. For paediatric vaccinations, MediSave covers selected National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) vaccines at approved clinics. Ask the clinic which vaccines on the NIP schedule are MediSave-claimable and whether the IP or rider covers consultation fees directly — some plans require a referral letter from a GP or polyclinic to unlock specialist benefits at a lower co-payment tier.
