My son got into an accident and was sent here in February 2025, one week before CNY. It took me so long to write a compliment as I was extremely traumatised by the event. Much time has passed, I hope to express my sincere appreciation to the frontline nurses that attended to my son immediately that day. I hold great admiration for the hand surgeon that operated on my son. Dr Chong operated on my son from midnight to early morning and had to continue with her office hours that morning. During the subsequent visits, a bond was gradually built and my son queried on her working hours, pay and family commitments which she shared openly. The anaesthetist that was called for duty that night was dedicated. He checked on my son often during his hospital stay to make sure he was comfortable. Both doctors not only showed commitment to their jobs, but also a sincere and profound care for my boy and his immediate family.

Visited this clinic on a public holiday with my daughter, who was suffering from a fever. The wait was about an hour, the doctor and staff were friendly and attentive. The care we received was great, and I appreciated the efforts of the team. My only suggestion would be to add more seating in the waiting area, as it was quite crowded during our visit. Overall, a positive experience, and I would recommend this clinic to others.

Brought my daughter to see Dr Lee Khai Pin. Dr Lee was very patient and was able to check on her without her fussing. Dr Lee was very reassuring and thorough in teaching us how to manage her injury

We visited this urgent care around 7:30 pm because our child was suddenly unable to move her arm and complained of wrist pain — we didn’t know at the time that it was actually related to her elbow. Although the registration screen showed an estimated two-hour wait, the entire process — from check-in to seeing the doctor, treatment, and payment — took only about 20 minutes, which really impressed us. The doctor, who was very experienced and gentle, quickly explained that in about 90% of such cases the issue usually comes from a slight dislocation at the elbow joint caused by pulling. She performed a simple maneuver, and our child’s arm immediately returned to normal — it was such a relief and quite amazing to witness. We’re very grateful for the professional and efficient care we received.

Arrived at 8.36am. completed registration. There was nobody infront of us. Stated waiting 30mins, later other patients came, and i do understand urgent case to be consulted first. But they only arrived at about 8.50am. Then at 9.28am, they are being called first and we are still left waiting. Paid a premium price, but the service does not justify the price. Now time time is 9.31am and i’m still waiting.
