About Pasir Ris Baby & Child Clinic
Pasir Ris Baby & Child Clinic is a paediatric clinic located at 625 Elias Rd, #02-322, Singapore 510625, serving families across the island. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channel. The clinic holds a 4.4/5 rating across 29 Google reviews — a moderate sample size that provides reasonable directional confidence. No regulatory licence details have been provided in this listing, and no ACRA registration has been confirmed; parents are advised to verify both the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration directly before booking.
For a first visit, parents typically contact the clinic by phone or via the enquiry form to confirm appointment availability and present the child's concern — whether a routine developmental milestone review, the National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) schedule, a fever or infection, or a more specific referral query. Private specialist paediatric consultations are generally self-funded or claimable under an Integrated Shield Plan (IP) layered on MediShield Life, subject to the plan's deductible and co-insurance; confirm pre-authorisation with your insurer before any planned procedure. MediSave can be applied under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for eligible childhood conditions, and the MediSave 500/700 outpatient withdrawal limits apply. Families on a tighter budget may also consider a polyclinic or GP referral to a public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic, which offers subsidised rates of S$30–80 for Singapore Citizens, albeit with longer non-urgent waiting times of four to twelve weeks.
To take the next step, call the clinic directly or submit an enquiry through the form on their listing to confirm the consulting doctor's name, SMC registration, appointment availability, and the consultation fee before attending.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
We had a good experience at the baby clinic. The place is well-lit and quite spacious, which makes it feel comfortable and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful, and Dr. Chia is excellent—she really takes the time to listen to your concerns and offers helpful advice and reassurance for parents. You can tell she genuinely cares. The only downside is that there isn’t a proper baby changing room or corner, which would’ve been helpful. Also, the waiting time can be a bit long, so I’d recommend booking your appointment online in advance to avoid the wait. Overall, a great clinic with caring staff and a great doctor!
Waiting time was around an hour - quite acceptable given that we are walk ins without appointment. Most importantly is that Dr Moira is patient, friendly, experienced and detailed in diagnosis as well as treatment plan. The nurses are also friendly and detailed in going through medication usage, dosage and consumption timing to take note. Overall, definitely a very pleasant experience and will return in the future when needed.
Dr Moira Chia is truly the kindest and most gentle PD we’ve ever met in the NorthEast area. She never fails to listen with patience and understanding, and always reassures us with thoughtful advice on how we can be better prepared when our little one falls ill. The way she attentively observes and cares for our bb boy makes us felt deeply comforted as a FTP. Truly a blessing to have came across her professionalism, and equally grateful to her team of nurses who goes the extra mile with their guidance and tips. Definitely, she will always be the one we will turn to in the event our baby needs care or review.
Dr Moira and her nurses were really friendly and professional. Dr Moira was patient enough to answer this concerned mom’s queries. She took time to explain the diagnosis as well as the treatment. My toddler went in with chest retraction and fast breathing and the team helped to alleviate his symptoms. We had a comfortable time spent in the treatment room during nebulising. I highly recommend them to parents with sick kids rather than going to GP. My only suggestion is to call to book a slot beforehand else you might have to spend quite sometime waiting.
Dr Moira is patience and willing to listen to my toddler son words. Can feel that she is sincere in attending to him and can see that she is trying to connect with my 3yo son to feel comfortable and ease. I like the way she approaches and will visit the clinic again if there’s a need. The price is reasonable. Comparing with the quality and service provided, my opinion is really worth it. The ambience is very cosy for the kids and adults. Both receptionist are friendly and willing to listen as well. Overall, really a thumbs up for everything- doctor, receptionist and environment. Parking is also convenient, sheltered all the way should it be a rainy weather.

Private paediatric consultation fees in Singapore typically run S$80–150 for a first visit and S$60–120 for follow-ups at private clinics. Common add-ons include vaccinations (S$30–80 per dose under the NIP schedule, or higher for optional vaccines such as varicella, meningococcal, or HPV), blood panels (S$60–200), and specialist referrals if required. GST applies on private medical services. For any planned procedure or day surgery, request a written financial counselling estimate from the clinic that clearly splits the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before committing. Contact Pasir Ris Baby & Child Clinic directly for their current fee schedule, as pricing varies by the consulting doctor and the scope of the consultation. Every legitimate clinic premises must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory online. Every practising doctor must also be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg; search by the doctor's name to confirm their registration status, specialist accreditation in Paediatric Medicine, and any disciplinary history. No licence details have been provided in this listing, so parents are strongly encouraged to confirm both the clinic's MOH licence and the named doctor's SMC entry before booking an appointment. For surgical or subspecialty paediatric work, an Academy of Medicine Singapore fellowship (FAMS) in Paediatric Medicine is the meaningful additional credential. Neither the clinic licence nor the SMC entry alone is sufficient — both should be verified.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life can cover private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays subject to each plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider rules. Confirm pre-authorisation and, where applicable, obtain a Letter of Guarantee from your insurer before any planned procedure to avoid post-treatment claim disputes. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient items under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient claims and S$700 per year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers eligible childhood chronic conditions. For any planned procedure, request a written financial counselling session at the clinic so that the itemised estimate clearly sets out the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and your out-of-pocket portion before you pay. Skipping this step is the most common reason families are surprised by their final bill.
