About Peach Blossoms Catering

About Peach Blossoms Catering

Peach Blossoms Catering provides event catering services islandwide from its base at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the provider holds a 4.4/5 rating across 671 Google reviews — a robust sample that gives reasonable confidence in service consistency. Pricing is displayed at the mid-range tier on a per-pax basis, in line with the Singapore buffet and event catering market.

When enquiring, confirm the pax count and whether your event requires a standard buffet, mini-buffet, bento delivery, live station, or banquet sit-down format, as minimum headcount thresholds vary by service type. Share the dietary mix early — halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, no-beef, or gluten-free requirements will affect menu options and, where halal certification is needed, whether a MUIS-certified menu is available. Ask about delivery and setup windows, whether chafing dishes and warmers are included or billed separately, whether a buffet attendant is provided on-site, and the teardown timing. Most reputable caterers offer a menu tasting for orders above a minimum value — take this up before paying any deposit, as dietary fit and portion adequacy are easier to assess in person than on a menu card.

To proceed, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form with your event date, venue, estimated pax count, and dietary requirements to request a per-pax quote and arrange a tasting session.

Peach Blossoms at PARKROYAL delivered one of the more memorable Chinese fine dining experiences I’ve had. Chef Edward’s menu was inventive and genuinely thoughtful, not different for the sake of being different, but dishes built around texture, contrast and flavour precision. No tired suckling pig or predictable braised abalone here. Standouts were the lohei and the whelk and fish maw soup, both exceptional in depth and balance. The amadai, with its crisp skin, was elevated by a savoury, aromatic sauce with a subtle curry note, keeping it interesting even for someone who has had the dish elsewhere. Not everything landed perfectly. The truffle mushroom rice leaned a little too sweet for my palate. Still, the overall execution and creativity were impressive. You can tell the kitchen is pushing boundaries with intent. At about $320 per person after taxes and service, it is expensive, but for the quality and distinctiveness, worth it. A meal to remember.

Despite it being such a busy day, "eve of CNY", Peach Blossoms were still able to perform excellent service with really good cuisine standard. Over the years of eve-cny preparation, we would not expect much but just see it as a festive procedure. But Peach Blossoms amazed us on this busiest day. On every art of plating, from doneness to deco, none of the dishes failed. We are very impressed. (PS: They have the best Yu-Sheng :)

A beautifully executed modern Cantonese meal from a restaurant that’s received multiple culinary awards over the years and it shows. We started with the appetiser platter, all four items were excellent, thoughtfully prepared and full of flavour. We had dishes include the roast duck and the BBQ Jamón char siew - rich, smoky and very satisfying (the non typical char siew). The standout for me was the wok-fried angel hair with live prawns and peppercorn. Fragrant, punchy, and perfectly done. A lovely spot for a special meal or a refined Chinese dining experience. You can request for complimentary parking coupon if you drove.

Cantonese cuisine and truly excellent service. The dishes were beautifully presented and full of depth, from the delicate soups and seafood to the well-executed roasted and braised specialities, each showcasing quality ingredients and precise cooking. Service was warm, attentive, and highly professional throughout, making the entire dining experience feel polished yet welcoming. A consistently reliable choice for fine Chinese dining, whether for business entertaining or a special family celebration.

Talented chef creating unique and modern twist on Chinese food. The staff were passionate and friendly. Their famous 'cigar' is a must try along with their smokey char siew. Char siew has this hint of apple wood(?) with a thin sugar glazing on top of each piece. Their dessert has such refreshing flavor. Their 'beer tap' red tea based with osmanthus and peach flavors was really nice and cold too.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Peach Blossoms Catering charge per pax?

Peach Blossoms Catering uses a per-pax pricing model, which is standard for buffet and event catering in Singapore. Market norms run roughly S$15–25/pax for a standard buffet (minimum ~30 pax), S$25–40/pax for a premium buffet, S$18–30/pax for mini-buffets for smaller groups (minimum 8–15 pax), and S$30–60/pax for live-station setups. Contact the team directly for their current per-pax rates as these vary by menu tier and headcount. Beyond the headline per-pax rate, confirm what is included: delivery and setup fee for non-central or landed addresses, equipment such as chafing dishes and warmers (sometimes included, sometimes billed separately), buffet attendant on-site (typically S$80–150 per attendant), waste collection, and GST. What dietary options and halal certification does Peach Blossoms Catering offer?

Confirm directly with Peach Blossoms Catering whether they hold a MUIS halal certificate — the certificate should display a licence number and validity dates. 'Halal-friendly' or 'no pork no lard' without MUIS certification is not equivalent to certified halal and will not meet the standard for guests who require strict halal compliance. No regulatory licences are currently listed on this KakiList profile, so ask the team directly before confirming a booking. Also confirm vegetarian (lacto-ovo vs vegan), no-beef options for Hindu guests, gluten-free, and nut-free availability. Ask about cross-contamination protocols for events with a mixed dietary guest list, and whether a menu tasting is available — most caterers offer this for orders above a minimum value.

Is Peach Blossoms Catering licensed and how is food safety handled?

Legitimate caterers hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence with a hygiene grade — A is highest, then B, C, D. No regulatory licences are currently listed on this KakiList profile, so ask Peach Blossoms Catering to provide their SFA licence number and hygiene grade directly, and request the MUIS halal certificate if halal certification is required for your event. Both documents should be available on request from any properly licensed operation. For food safety at the event, cooked hot dishes should be served within a roughly 2–3 hour cooked-to-served window, held above 60°C, per SFA guidelines. Confirm setup arrival time, replenishment protocol during the event, and how leftovers are handled at teardown. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
