About Pico Art International

About Pico Art International

Pico Art International is an event planning company based at Pico Creative Centre, 20 Kallang Ave, operating islandwide across Singapore. The listing is KakiList-verified, and the 4.1/5 rating across 191 Google reviews provides a robust sample of client sentiment. Pricing is positioned in the mid-to-upper range ($$) and follows a package-based model, which is standard for full-service event planners.

Engaging an event planner typically begins with an enquiry by phone or contact form, where you outline the event date, venue, and approximate headcount. From there, Pico Art International would conduct a scope and theme consultation, develop a concept, and coordinate across vendors — covering logistics, design, staging, and on-site execution. For corporate events and large-scale productions, lead times of six to twelve months are common, particularly for peak-season Saturday bookings. Deposit terms are typically 30–50% on signing, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. A written contract covering deliverables, setup and teardown windows, wet-weather contingency, and public liability insurance — especially for events held at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or hotel venues — is standard practice.

To begin, contact Pico Art International by phone or via the enquiry form on their listing, providing your event date, venue, expected headcount, and a brief description of the occasion.

We held our Christmas Eve event on 24 December 2025 at Pico Event Hall, and we would like to sincerely thank Hakim and his team for their outstanding support throughout the entire process. From the initial booking stage all the way to the day of the event, they were professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. Their attention to detail and hands-on assistance ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to enjoy a successful and memorable Christmas celebration. Highly recommended venue with an excellent team!

The reviews on exorbitant parking charges are true. 31mins of being here and we were charged $5.5. Also, the AXS Drive parking voucher (given by brawn and brains) DID NOT work at all. We wasted time trying to download the required app, enter all our personal details and finally the voucher code, which resulted in us overstaying in the carpark by 1 minute. Charges for 30mins in the carpark is $3.50. We ended up paying $5.5! The $2 parking voucher that we applied on the app (as told) shows successful on the app but did not deduct at all at our exit. Either the building owner, building management, or AXS Drive should be responsible.

Blatant exploitation and outright disgrace. The parking here is a complete rip-off—ridiculously overpriced to the point of being predatory. To make it worse, there’s no signage at the entrance disclosing these absurd rates, which feels like a deliberate attempt to deceive and trap drivers. This isn’t just bad practice—it’s borderline unethical. The parking system is ancient and incompatible with current motoring cards, showing just how little the management cares about keeping up with basic standards or providing convenience. And the security guard? Rude, arrogant, and utterly useless. Instead of offering help, he acts like he's doing you a favor by simply being there. Absolutely no professionalism, no courtesy—just pure attitude. I will be reporting this to CASE without hesitation. This building management should be ashamed. Avoid at all costs.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Pico Art International charge?

Pico Art International uses package-based pricing, which is standard for full-service event planners. Full event planning fees in Singapore (excluding venue and catering) typically range from S$5,000 to S$25,000 or more depending on event scale, complexity, and the level of creative production involved. Large-scale corporate events, exhibitions, and product launches command fees at the upper end of this band. Typical itemised costs to confirm in writing include: the planning and creative fee, design and fabrication if staging or branded installations are involved, setup and teardown labour, travel surcharges for non-central or multi-day venues, and GST. Public liability insurance documentation may also be required by certain venues. See the full event planners cost guide for Singapore →

How far ahead should I book Pico Art International?

For large-scale corporate events, product launches, and exhibitions, a planning lead time of six to twelve months is advisable — popular event weekends and major venue slots fill quickly, particularly in March, April, October, and November. For mid-sized corporate functions, brand activations, or gala dinners, three to six months is typically sufficient. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on Pico Art International's schedule, but shorter lead times limit the scope for custom design and fabrication work. Confirm whether the preferred event date is firm before paying the deposit, and ask about their wet-weather or contingency protocol if any element of your event is outdoors or in an uncovered venue.

What does the deposit cover and what is the cancellation policy at Pico Art International?

The Singapore industry standard for event planners is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to secure the date and commence planning work. This typically covers the date hold, initial concept development, and early-stage vendor coordination. The balance is usually due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers, whether it is refundable or transferable to a rescheduled date if circumstances change, and the policy on postponements — reputable planners generally allow one rescheduling within six to twelve months without forfeiting the deposit, subject to vendor availability. Also ask about public liability insurance, particularly if the event is at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue that requires the planner to provide a copy of the certificate before setup commences.
