A first visit typically begins with an in-depth consultation to understand your health background, dietary habits, lifestyle patterns, and wellness goals — whether that is weight management, metabolic health, sports nutrition, managing a chronic condition such as diabetes or hypertension, or general preventive health. From there, the practitioner will outline a structured plan, which may involve recurring sessions or a package. It is worth confirming ahead of your appointment the format of the initial consultation, what to bring (recent blood work, medical history, GP referral letters if any), and the cancellation policy before committing to a package.
To get started, reach out to PULSE+ Allied Health via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to confirm session availability, clarify the scope of the initial consultation, and ask about the practitioner's qualifications and registration with the relevant professional board.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Went to pulse Clinic for the first time and was really impressed. The doctor was patient and took time to explain my concerns and the staff also were very friendly to schedule my appointment. The clinic is clean and very private so I felt comfortable when i visit. Overall a great experience!
My son, Adiy recently underwent circumcision surgery and I wanted to share my experience to help others who may be considering the procedure. The actual surgery itself doesn't went smoothly as Adiy was terrified upon entering the room, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quick Dr Taufiq and his his team handled and convinced Adiy to undergo the procedure. The medical team made sure to keep Adiy comfortable and informed throughout the entire process, which helped alleviate any anxiety Adiy had about the surgery. After the surgery, Adiy experienced some discomfort and swelling, which is to be expected. However, with proper pain management and following the aftercare instructions provided by Dr Taufiq, the recovery process was manageable. It’s important to note that everyone’s experience with circumcision surgery will be different, and it’s crucial to follow your doctor’s advice and attend follow-up appointments to ensure proper healing. Overall, I’m pleased with Dr Taufiq circumcision surgery procedure, and I’m grateful for the support and care I've received from Dr Taufiq. If you’re considering the procedure, I encourage you to thoroughly research and speak with a healthcare professional to determine if it’s the right choice for you.
I bought a ten pass pack for acupuncture in the Pulse at Paragon clinic because it is more cost effective for what is a very expensive treatment . Today I returned to use the final session and I was informed I cannot use it because my pack expired 4 months ago .I wasn’t told that I had to use it within 12 months of purchase . When I purchased the package I was due to give birth and so I only used one session . I haven’t had time without my baby to use the sessions up and I do not remember being told there was an expiry to use up the sessions when I bought them. I will not continue with this company . I will bring my business to another acupuncture provider .
Riff was very reassuring and really helped to ensure that the experience there was comfortable and non judgemental. He makes the patient feel very comfortable and kudos to him for the great experience he provided. Will come back and recommend those to come over and get their needs tested and done here!
The medical care was good, and the doctors were professional and competent. The facilities were clean, though waiting times were sometimes longer than expected.

Specific session fees for PULSE+ Allied Health were not published at the time of this listing. In Singapore, nutrition and dietetics consultations typically range from S$80–180 per session at private allied health clinics, with initial assessments often priced higher than follow-up visits. Package pricing (for example, three or six sessions) usually offers a modest discount over single-session rates. When enquiring, confirm whether the initial consultation fee differs from follow-up sessions, whether a written meal or lifestyle plan is included, and what the no-show or late-cancellation policy is. Ask whether the sessions can be claimed under your employer's healthcare benefits or any integrated shield plan riders, as some insurers cover dietitian consultations with a GP referral. You do not typically need a GP referral to book a nutrition or lifestyle consultation at a private allied health practice — you can usually self-refer. That said, bringing recent blood work, a lipid panel, HbA1c results, or any specialist letters will allow the practitioner to tailor advice from the first session rather than spending time on baseline information gathering. If you intend to claim the consultation through an integrated shield plan or corporate healthcare benefit, a GP referral letter may be required by your insurer or HR policy — check this before your first appointment. At the first session, expect to complete an intake form covering medical history, current medications, dietary patterns, and your goals. Certain conditions (active eating disorders, complex metabolic disease, pregnancy) may require the practitioner to coordinate with your treating doctor before proceeding.
In Singapore, dietitians practising in the public health system are registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Private nutrition practitioners, however, are not currently subject to mandatory AHPC licensure in the same way as physiotherapists or occupational therapists — meaning the title 'nutritionist' is unregulated, while 'dietitian' carries stronger professional oversight. When booking with PULSE+ Allied Health, ask directly whether the practising professional holds AHPC registration as a dietitian, a recognised degree in dietetics or nutrition science (typically from an accredited university), and any relevant postgraduate credentials or specialist training. You can verify AHPC-registered dietitians on the AHPC public register at https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg before your appointment. Confirm the practitioner's registration before committing to a package.
