About Raffles Catering Singapore
Raffles Catering Singapore is an event catering provider operating islandwide from its base at 80 Bras Basah Road. It has been listed on KakiList as verified, and holds a 4.4/5 rating across 1,491 Google reviews — a robust sample that provides a reliable signal of consistent service quality. No ACRA registration has been confirmed in public records, and no regulatory licences are currently listed, so prospective clients should request the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence details directly before booking.
When planning an event, start by confirming the pax count and minimum order threshold — standard buffets typically require around 30–50 guests, while mini-buffets for smaller gatherings may be available from 8–15 pax. Discuss the dietary mix early: halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, and no-beef requirements each affect menu selection and, where halal certification is involved, the MUIS certificate should be confirmed before committing. A menu tasting before signing is standard practice for larger bookings. Agree the delivery and setup window, whether buffet attendants and chafing equipment are included or billed separately, and confirm the teardown timing and food-safety hold time for hot dishes.
To take the next step, contact Raffles Catering Singapore by phone or via the enquiry form with your event date, venue, estimated headcount, and dietary requirements to receive a tailored per-pax proposal.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
Raffles Shopping Center is a fantastic place for both shopping and dining in the heart of Singapore. The mall is well-designed, clean, and conveniently connected to the MRT, making it very accessible. It offers a great mix of high-end boutiques, popular brands, and local specialty stores. The food options are excellent, with a wide range of cafes, restaurants, and food courts. Whether you’re looking to shop, grab a bite, or just escape the heat, Raffles is a perfect stop.
Weekend parking is $2.20 for 2 hours. Subsequent hour at $0.40 only. Went on Saturday morning. Shops were still closed but Marketplace at basement is quite busy already. The convention has vaccination going on on level 4. There is a food court on level 3 which has quite a lot of local food. Can try. Can also do grocery shopping at Marketplace.
The reason for visit was vaccination but it’s a really well maintained place. The vaccine procedure is queue for registration, wait with the queue number, vaccine shot and 30 min observation. Total about an hour so keep hydrated. The shopping mall is one of the best, especially the market place with amazing food options.
Seen the mall growth and been a loyal shopper of the anchor tenant: Robinson. The mall has added more newer brand to add vibrancy to the shopping sensation. Drop by the basement to experience their food paradise...
Kudos to the team at the Raffles City Convention Center for ensuring that the nation wide vaccination exercise is done smoothly and to the best of experience. Really quick and easy, connected through MRT. Love the comfort found in the convention hall as well. 4th floor, above the shopping centre, and you can't possibly miss it.

Per-pax pricing depends on the menu tier and format. Singapore market norms for event caterers: standard buffets run S$15–25/pax, premium buffets S$25–40/pax, mini-buffets for small groups S$18–30/pax (minimum typically 8–15 pax), bento delivery S$8–18/pax, and live-station spreads S$30–60/pax. Contact Raffles Catering Singapore directly for their current menu pricing, as $$-tier caterers at this address typically sit in the mid-to-premium buffet band. Itemise the full cost before signing: minimum headcount, delivery and setup fee for the venue, equipment rental (chafing dishes and warmers — sometimes included, sometimes billed separately), buffet attendant on-site (typically S$80–150 per attendant), waste collection, and GST. Get a written quotation that breaks these out clearly. See the full catering cost guide for Singapore →
Confirm halal certification before booking — a MUIS-issued certificate with a valid licence number and expiry date is the standard. 'Halal-friendly' or 'no pork no lard' without MUIS certification is not the same as certified halal and will not meet the requirement for guests who observe strict halal. Ask Raffles Catering Singapore directly whether their kitchen holds MUIS certification, and request a copy of the certificate. Also confirm vegetarian options (lacto-ovo vs vegan), no-beef dishes for Hindu guests, gluten-free, and nut-free selections. For mixed-dietary events, ask about cross-contamination protocols — separate serving utensils, labelling, and preparation practices. Most caterers at this tier offer a menu tasting session for bookings above a minimum order value, which is the best opportunity to confirm portion quality and dietary accuracy before committing.
Legitimate caterers hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence with a hygiene grade — A is highest, followed by B, C, and D. No regulatory licence is currently listed in Raffles Catering Singapore's KakiList profile, so you should request the SFA licence number and hygiene grade directly, and verify it on the SFA Food Establishment Listing if needed. Halal-certified caterers hold a separate MUIS certificate. For food safety at the event, cooked hot dishes should be served within a 2–3 hour cooked-to-served window, with hot-hold above 60°C and cold items held below 5°C per SFA guidelines. Confirm the setup arrival time relative to your event start, the buffet replenishment protocol for longer events, and the policy for safe handling of leftovers. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
