About Rainbow Catering Singapore
Rainbow Catering Singapore is an islandwide event caterer operating from Bedok North, offering buffet and catering services across Singapore. KakiList has verified their operating details and contact channels. They hold a 4.6/5 rating across 95 Google reviews — a moderate sample that provides a reasonable indication of service quality. Pricing is presented at a mid-range tier ($$) on a per-pax basis, in line with typical Singapore buffet and event catering norms.
When enquiring, begin with your pax count and minimum headcount requirements, as most buffet caterers set a floor of 30–50 guests for standard spreads and 8–15 for mini-buffets. Share your event format — buffet, mini-buffet, bento delivery, or live station — alongside your dietary mix, including halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, or no-beef requirements. Confirm whether Rainbow Catering holds a MUIS halal certificate if you have Muslim guests, as "no pork no lard" without MUIS certification does not meet the standard for guests who require strict halal. Ask about menu tasting before committing, delivery and setup windows, whether chafing dishes and warmers are included or billed separately, on-site buffet attendants, teardown timing, and the deposit and balance schedule.
To take the next step, reach out to Rainbow Catering Singapore via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form with your event date, venue, estimated headcount, event format, and dietary requirements. Request an itemised quotation and, where possible, arrange a tasting session before paying any deposit.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
Attended the Holy Family Church Foundation Day celebration last week and was truly impressed by the dinner reception held on the church grounds. Le Rainbow Catering delivered an outstanding experience, from the live stations serving delicious Mee Siam and Ngoh Hiang with sauce to a sumptuous buffet spread that delighted every guest. The setup, infused with charming Peranakan touches, created a warm and festive atmosphere. The event catered to nearly 1,000 parishioners, and yet the food was more than ample, a true testament to thoughtful planning and execution. Sweet treats like Churros and ice cream added a joyful finish, making the evening even more memorable. Kudos to the Le Rainbow Catering team for a job exceptionally well done! 👏
Our company thoroughly enjoyed our Xmas lunch from Le Rainbow! Their POC Lee Kit was very responsive, accommodating our budget and requirements. Seamless communication and transaction overall. The delivery and setup by Ah Bing was also well executed as you can see in the photos! Very prompt assembly and removal post event. The food was definitely the star. Multiple colleagues proactively told me that it was one of the best catering lunches our company has had in a long while. Highly recommend Le Rainbow if you’re looking for delicious meals for either your company or family events! Will be a return customer next time for sure!
We decided to host a early Christmas before our friends left for their holiday. We had Western Christmas Catering Box from Le Rainbow, and it honestly made our meal at home feel so cosy and fuss-free. Everything came neatly packed. The roasted chicken was juicy and flavourful, the herb-crusted barramundi was tender, and the festive pasta had that simple, homely flavour. They also provide US Calrose rice. It came on time and it was so convenient. The healthy choice without compromising on the flavor.
We ordered the mini buffet from Le Rainbow's. The delivery was right on time (it even arrived early!) and they provided everything we needed, including the cutlery, serviettes, table plastic, trash bag, and more." Absolutely love the self-heating box; we could still enjoy a hot meal even though some of the guests came late. The food was delicious and my guests loved it! The cheese platter was a particular favorite—it was so pretty. Plus, the disposable container made clean-up incredibly convenient.
The yusheng we ordered was generous in portion and beautifully presented! It's perfect for lohei with our family and friends. Ingredients were very fresh, and everything tasted delicious and well-balanced. Everyone enjoyed it thoroughly. Highly recommended!

Rainbow Catering Singapore prices on a per-pax basis at a mid-range ($$) tier. Typical Singapore market norms for reference: standard buffets run S$15–25 per pax with a minimum of roughly 30 pax, premium buffets S$25–40 per pax, mini-buffets for smaller groups S$18–30 per pax (min 8–15 pax), bento delivery S$8–18 per pax, and live-station setups S$30–60 per pax. Contact Rainbow Catering directly for their specific menu tiers and current pricing. Beyond the per-pax rate, confirm what is included: delivery and setup to your venue, equipment such as chafing dishes and warmers (sometimes included, sometimes billed separately), an on-site buffet attendant (typically S$80–150 per attendant), waste collection after the event, and whether GST and a service charge apply. Non-central or landed addresses may carry a delivery surcharge. See the full catering cost guide for Singapore →
Before booking, confirm whether Rainbow Catering Singapore holds a MUIS halal certificate — the certificate should display a licence number and validity dates. "Halal-friendly" or "no pork no lard" without MUIS certification is not equivalent to certified halal and will not meet the standard for guests who require strict halal compliance. Also confirm availability of vegetarian options (lacto-ovo vs vegan), no-beef dishes for Hindu guests, and any gluten-free or nut-free requirements. For mixed dietary events, ask about cross-contamination protocols — particularly whether halal and non-halal items are served from separate stations and handled with separate utensils. Most reputable caterers offer a menu tasting session for orders above a minimum value. Request this before paying any deposit, as the tasting lets you assess portion size, flavour, and presentation before committing to a full event order.
Legitimate caterers in Singapore hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence with a hygiene grade — A is the highest, followed by B, C, and D. Rainbow Catering Singapore's current SFA licence and hygiene grade are not confirmed in this listing; ask the provider directly and request to see the licence certificate or check the SFA licensee directory. For food safety, cooked hot dishes should be served within a roughly 2–3 hour cooked-to-served window, maintained above 60°C in hot-hold equipment, while cold items should be held below 5°C per SFA guidelines. Confirm setup arrival time, how long the buffet line will be replenished, and the policy for handling leftovers safely after the event. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
