About Richfood Catering
Richfood Catering is an islandwide event catering provider based at 8A Admiralty Street, offering buffet and catering services priced at a mid-range level on a per-pax basis. The listing is KakiList-verified, and the service holds a 4.3-star rating across 61 Google reviews — a moderate sample that provides a reasonable directional signal of customer experience. No regulatory licences are currently listed on this profile, and ACRA registration has not been confirmed, so prospective clients should request copies of the relevant SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence directly before booking.
When planning an event with Richfood Catering, begin by confirming pax count and whether the format is a standard buffet, mini-buffet, bento delivery, or live-station spread — each has a different minimum headcount and per-pax rate. Share the dietary mix early: halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, and no-beef requirements affect menu selection and, for halal, should be backed by a MUIS certificate rather than an informal assurance. Ask about equipment provision — chafing dishes, warmers, and serving tongs are sometimes included and sometimes billed separately — and whether a buffet attendant will be on-site. Confirm the delivery and setup window relative to your event start time, the food-safety hold time for hot dishes, and the teardown and waste-collection arrangement.
The clearest next step is to contact Richfood Catering via WhatsApp or phone with your event date, estimated headcount, dietary requirements, and venue address to receive a per-pax quote and confirm current availability.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
We ordered RichFood Catering’s Christmas Menu for our festive celebration and it truly exceeded expectations! 🎄✨ From the juicy, well-seasoned roasts and buttery tender meats, to the fresh, colourful salads with a satisfying crunch, creamy and flavourful pasta, and perfectly baked salmon that literally melted in our mouths — every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality and care in each item. The portions were generous, ingredients felt premium, and the menu had something for everyone, making it perfect for family gatherings and celebrations with guests of all ages. The variety of options — from party sets and mini buffets to full buffets and bentos — also made it very convenient to choose according to our needs. Delivery was smooth and on time, and the food arrived well packed and ready to serve, which made hosting stress-free. Overall, a very satisfying Christmas catering experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable caterer with delicious festive food in Singapore. We’ll definitely order again!
Honestly food is quite mediocre. Some days it came with a stench / odour& had to throw the whole food away. Only order if you are not fussy i guess? Another point is that I repeatedly informed them not to ring the doorbell bc I had a sleeping baby, they rang the doorbell every single time. Don’t think their logistics people understand instructions. Good point was that their food timing was quite consistent through out the week. Would only recommend to non fussy people.
We have ordered there premium range mini buffet for 10 paxs. The taste for all dishes are really delicious and with the correct seasoning. Dessert is also nice and refreshing, not too sweet. Delivery man is friendly upon arrival to our home. Portion is generous as well Thank you Richfood for the pleasant experience and we will be back again to engage their service!
We engaged Richfood Catering for my son’s first birthday party, and they were fantastic once again. The food was delicious, portions were generous, and all our guests had great things to say. This is my second time ordering from them, and they’ve never disappointed. Special thanks to Sean for his excellent service and seamless coordination — he truly made everything hassle-free. Highly recommend Richfood Catering for any event! 🎉🍽️

Richfood Catering prices on a per-pax basis at a mid-range level, consistent with the Singapore buffet catering market where standard buffets typically run S$15–25 per pax with a minimum of around 30 pax, premium buffets S$25–40 per pax, and mini-buffets for smaller groups S$18–30 per pax with a minimum of 8–15 pax. Bento delivery and live-station formats sit at different price points and should be confirmed directly. Beyond the headline per-pax rate, confirm what is included: delivery and setup fee for your venue, equipment rental such as chafing dishes and warmers, a buffet attendant on-site (typically S$80–150 per attendant), waste collection, and GST. Non-central or landed addresses sometimes carry a delivery surcharge. Request an itemised written quote before committing. See the full catering cost guide for Singapore →
Contact Richfood Catering directly to confirm which dietary options are available and whether any hold MUIS halal certification. For events with Muslim guests, a valid MUIS certificate — displaying the licence number and validity dates — is the required standard; 'no pork no lard' without MUIS certification does not meet the same threshold and may not satisfy guests who require certified halal food. Also confirm availability of vegetarian (lacto-ovo vs vegan), no-beef for Hindu guests, and any gluten-free or nut-free options. For mixed dietary events, ask about cross-contamination protocols — separate serving utensils and preparation areas matter as much as the menu labels. Most caterers offer a menu tasting for orders above a minimum value. Request one before paying any deposit, as it gives you a reliable read on portion size, flavour, and presentation before the event day.
No regulatory licences are currently listed on the Richfood Catering profile. Before booking, ask the company directly for its SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence number and hygiene grade — A is the highest, followed by B, C, and D — and, where halal is required, a copy of the MUIS certificate. Both should be available on request and ideally displayed on the company's website or marketing materials. From a food-safety standpoint, cooked hot dishes should be served within roughly 2–3 hours of preparation, held above 60°C, and cold items kept below 5°C in line with SFA guidelines. Confirm the caterer's setup arrival time relative to your event start, the buffet replenishment schedule for longer events, and the policy for safe handling or disposal of leftovers. For events above 20 pax, avoid caterers who cannot produce a valid SFA licence — in the event of a food-safety incident, an unlicensed operator leaves you without meaningful recourse. Confirm the SFA licence and hygiene grade in writing before signing any agreement.
