FYI- Dr Tan will be away 13-18 Feb 2026. I would like to request a system for notifying parents of off days eg. updating google map opening hours, so we can avoid unnecessary trips, particularly when a child is unwell.

The staff says the waiting time for baby consultation takes about 1 hour. Instead it takes almost 2 hours before my turn giving many excuses (I.e. policy) as though it is their policy to make parent wait for long hours. There is no communication to parent that the queue will be long. If can, better choose other PD clinic.

I do appreciate Dr Tan's proactive effort to explain in layman terms as if I had zero medical background, but I had just two short questions and I was charged for extended consultation. *26/02 Reply* Everyone knows what extended consultation meant. If I have to be blunt, what I am really saying is.. the unsolicited medical lecture is costing me money!
