I don't know if there is a higher compliment than saying that if we have a 2nd child, we would go back to Dr Ng and his nurses without a moment's hesitation. We are not particularly well to do but every dollar spent here was well worth it. Dr Ng is highly experienced but still very patient and we could tell that this is not just a job for him, but a calling. I'm sure he sees many patients and delivered many babies but every visit still felt special and personal. We are beyond grateful for his expert delivery of our daughter and his very kind encouragement to us (especially to my wife) throughout our journey as first time parents. Nurses Qi Xiao, Joy, and Hui Mei were also excellent and thorough in their explanations. It is a prime example of how important admin staff are as they are the first and last touchpoints for each visit. We were always treated with respect and courtesy, and I hope we were able to do the same in our interactions with them. It's been such a enjoyable season of our lives and I hope many other families will also have the chance to experience this milestone with Dr Ng and team.
