Highly recommend this clinic Dr Andrea, nurse Jane and the rest of the team. Our son did the 2yrs vaccine package and all his monthly check up making sure he meets his milestones and well.
I’ve been bringing my boy to this baby & child clinic since he was 3 months old for his vaccinations and when he is sick. My boy’s doctor is Dr Alison, she is very patient and always making me feel at ease when I’m worry too much about his development and all; since I am a first-time Mum. And when she is not around we will see Dr. Andrea which is very nice too and explain everything really well and detailed. The nurses / clinic staff also so friendly and caring, when I had to book the appointment last minute they tried to give me a slot. They also gave us a lot of milk samples and some goodies 😊 Definitely recommend this clinic! Tips: always book an appointment first as they usually very crowded - I don’t recommend to come for walk in because you can wait for 2 hours or more or don’t even get a slot, so if it’s really emergency it’s always better to bring your kids to KK straight away
Great service! Dr was was very friendly and professional. The visit was a very smooth and stress-free one . Nurse Jane was extremely friendly and extremely helpful in assisting us throughout. She made a our entire visit, a very pleasant one indeed :) Thank you Ms Jane
Visited Dr Andrea Yeo for baby diarrhoea. Doctor is very patient and detailed, asking for symptoms in detail to get a more accurate diagnosis. Waiting time for weekday was great but might need to call and check for weekend. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful too!
We took our baby to the clinic for vaccinations today, and both the doctor and nurse were very friendly and professional. They made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Every legitimate clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory online. Regulatory licence details for SBCC Baby & Child Clinic Rivervale Plaza are not currently listed on KakiList, so parents should confirm the clinic's MOH licence directly with the clinic or via the MOH directory before booking. Every practising doctor in Singapore must be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg — search by the consulting doctor's name to confirm registration status, specialist accreditation in Paediatric Medicine, and any disciplinary history. For paediatricians, SMC registration combined with a fellowship in Paediatric Medicine (MRCPCH, FRCPCh, or FAMS in Paediatrics) is the meaningful specialist credential beyond basic registration. Confirm both the clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC entry before booking.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day procedures, and inpatient stays, subject to the plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider rules. For planned investigations or procedures, confirm pre-authorisation and request a Letter of Guarantee from your insurer before the appointment to avoid claim disputes afterwards. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient items under the S$500 outpatient withdrawal limit per year, rising to S$700 under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for eligible chronic conditions. Selected childhood vaccinations on the National Childhood Immunisation Programme may also be claimable. Request a financial counselling session at the clinic for any planned procedure — an itemised estimate in writing is the most effective way to avoid an unexpected bill.
