Dr Wong Chin Khoon and team definitely deserved more than this 5 stars here. We have seen Dr Wong for years since my older son but what really makes it remarkable and unforgettable is the experience I had today with my 2nd son. Dr Wong is not only confident, skillful and super professional. Dr Wong is definitely no nonsense and serious kind of doctor than those doctors that only sell customer service My younger son had RSV virus and developed high fever for the past 8 days. No one doctor that we went earlier initiates to clear his ear wax. We visited twice to KKH in a roll and even to another sbcc in my current area. Did blood test and MOH swap test. Nothing beats Dr Wong"s precise precision .. he went through all my reports, go through all physical checks. Unlike most docs who would skip some steps to checking of a kid as he is crying, Dr Wong makes sure he gets what id mandatory to check and make an accurate diagnosis. Turns out he had wheezing sound in his chest, ear infection where RSV had developed into bronchitis. None of the 3 other docs that I visited told us that! SBCC should value doctors like Dr Wong Chin Khoon. Professional and dedicated doctor to cure every little kiddos out there.

Dr Wong and his front staff are great. They’re attentive, kind and loving to kids and babies. It’s true that sometimes the wait can be a bit long even for appointments, but that’s because the doctor always takes time out to explain everything clearly and answers all my many questions (as a first time parent). You never feel like they’re trying to rush you out the door unlike other clinics. I was a bit hesitant to visit at first because of some of the bad reviews, but this ended up being my child’s regular clinic - and I can see why their regular patients always come back.
