About Simply Wrapps Nutrition
Simply Wrapps Nutrition is a nutrition and lifestyle wellness provider based at HarbourFront Centre, offering services islandwide. The listing is verified by KakiList, confirming operating details and contact channels. With 162 Google reviews, the rating of 3.6 out of 5 represents a robust sample and is worth factoring into your decision alongside a direct consultation.
For a first visit, it is worth clarifying your specific health goal or condition — whether that relates to weight management, gut health, energy levels, or a chronic condition such as diabetes or hypertension — so the practitioner can assess whether their approach is an appropriate fit. Confirm whether an initial consultation fee applies, how sessions are structured (one-off assessment versus a recurring programme), and what the cancellation or rescheduling policy is before committing to a package. As no regulatory licences are listed, it is particularly important to ask directly about the qualifications and credentials of the nutritionist or dietitian handling your case.
To take the next step, contact Simply Wrapps Nutrition by phone or through their enquiry form to ask about availability, session format, and practitioner credentials before booking your first appointment.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Although the prices are slightly higher compared to another food joint (*ahem* stuff’d), the quality and health benefits definitely make it worth your extra dollars. They’re really generous with their portions. I was honestly surprised by how big my wrap turned out. It was super filling as a meal on its own, yet still low in calories. I love that they display the calorie count clearly, which makes it so much easier to make informed food choices. Plus, you’ll receive a Healthy 365 QR code with your purchase. My only gripe is that there’s only one outlet in Singapore. How I wish there were more! 🥹
Very bad attitude of the cashier in tudang, speak harshly and impatient. Simply wrap has very good wraps and fresh salads but such poor customer service makes the experience very unpleasant! Pls improve in your staff training!
Generous serving size. We frequent this place whenever we feel in need to minimally processed food in generous portion. Perhaps the place is in deed of a fresh coat of paint, I don’t know, it doesn’t look clean but the staff do clean and mop regularly. As for the poor service mentioned by a few reviewers, I haven’t come across that at all.
My usual is the classic Caesar wrap either by itself or in a small wrap box if I’m not too hungry. Ingredients are fresh and there are options to change/remove dressing, but not to change the wrap unless you’re making your own. Lunch and dinner crowds can be long, so be mindful of that. There’s a QR code which you can use to order ahead to skip the crowd. Otherwise, I believe the staff are trying their best to fulfill every order. Seating is plenty and can be cramped. This is the place to eat clean and be done quickly. Would recommend to anybody interested in eating healthily!
My favourite salad place in Singapore!! I used to frequent the Jem outlet alot but they closed down so now I travel all the way to harbourfront just to eat it because it’s so worth it! Portion size is huge & ingredients are fresh Service staff are also so friendly ❤️

Simply Wrapps Nutrition displays a mid-range price indicator, but no specific per-session or package rates are publicly listed. Singapore market norms for nutrition consultations typically run S$80–180 for an initial session with a registered dietitian, and S$60–150 for follow-up sessions. Packaged programmes (for example, a 3- or 6-month lifestyle plan) may be priced as a bundled fee rather than per session. Before booking, confirm the first-consultation fee, what is included in any package (number of sessions, meal-plan documents, body-composition assessments), and the cancellation or no-show policy. Ask whether GST applies. See the full Nutrition & Lifestyle cost guide for Singapore →
A GP referral is not required to book a nutrition consultation, though it can be helpful if you are managing a clinical condition such as diabetes, renal disease, or a eating disorder — a referral may also support an insurance or MediSave claim where applicable, so confirm this with your insurer before your visit. For a first appointment, expect to complete an intake form covering your health history, dietary habits, activity levels, and goals. Bring any recent blood-test results or medical reports if you have them, as these help the practitioner tailor their recommendations. Ask at booking whether a body-composition measurement or dietary recall analysis is included in the initial session.
In Singapore, registered dietitians are credentialled through the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) and their registration is verifiable on the AHPC public register. Nutritionists without a clinical dietetics qualification are not regulated in the same way, so the distinction matters particularly if you are managing a medical condition. No regulatory licences are currently listed for Simply Wrapps Nutrition on KakiList. Before booking, ask directly for the full name and AHPC registration number of the practitioner who will handle your case, then verify this on the AHPC online register at www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg. Confirm the practitioner's licence on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
