About Sri Kulai Catering
Sri Kulai Catering is an event catering provider serving clients islandwide from its base at Senoko South Road. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channels. It holds a 4.5/5 rating across 1,489 Google reviews, a robust sample that gives meaningful confidence in consistent service quality. Pricing is structured on a per-pax basis, placing it in the mid-range tier ($$) for Singapore event catering.
When planning an event, begin by confirming the pax count and minimum order — standard buffets typically require a minimum of 30 to 50 guests, while mini-buffets for smaller gatherings may accommodate 8 to 15. Discuss the event format (buffet, mini-buffet, bento, or live station), dietary mix for your guest list (halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, no-beef), and whether a menu tasting session is available before you commit. Confirm what is included in the quoted per-pax rate: delivery and setup, chafing dishes and warmers, buffet attendant service, and teardown. Ask about the cooked-to-served window for hot dishes — SFA food safety guidelines call for hot-hold above 60°C throughout service — and the packaging policy for any leftovers.
Contact Sri Kulai Catering by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to confirm your event date, headcount, dietary requirements, and delivery location, then request a written quotation before paying any deposit.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mukul Rekesh, VIP Server for his excellent service @ SAF VOLUNTEER CORPS 10th Anniversary Dining In @ PLC Leaders Hall on 31 Jan 26;(Sat). Mukul's attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and simple yet thoughtful engagement made me feel welcomed and well cared for. It truly created a positive and memorable dining experience for me & all @ the event. His efforts did not go unnoticed and are deeply appreciated. A true example of service. Thank u Mukul & Stamford Catering.
Beautiful set up and delicious food once again by Stanford Catering! we have been returning customers over the past 2 years and are never disappointed with the standard! Today we catered for nearly 200+ pax and everyone was satisfied with the meal! Raju and Kumar were great in setting up our buffet table so well and promptly! Friendly faces and always ready to answer any questions we have. They even take time to ensure we have sufficient utensils and plates/bowls! Thank you Stanford Catering delivery staff and team!
We first discovered Stanford Catering at a friend’s birthday and were impressed – so we decided to order from them for our own lunch party for 10 people. And they absolutely delivered. Everything was extremely well organized and reliable from start to finish. The self-heating containers are almost like magic – the food stays perfectly hot and ready to serve on the spot, which makes hosting completely stress-free. The dishes were delicious, full of flavor, and there was a great variety to choose from. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality and convenience you get. Highly recommended for any gathering if you want great food without the hassle.
This was the first time I ordered self heating mini buffet for CNY. Food was delivered on time and well packed with cutlery. The chicken curry was very good, fried rice and cabbage roll were nice too. However, the other dishes were so-so. Salted egg prawns were tiny and the dessert had more water than ingredients (see photo). Overall a pleasant experience, I'll order again for the curry.
Dinesh was the who set up the buffet catering for us, the buffet was very well arranged and inviting. Thank you for your hard work and attention to detail, and made the event feel extra welcoming. Good job.

Sri Kulai Catering prices on a per-pax basis in the mid-range ($$) tier. As a general reference, standard buffets in Singapore run S$15–25/pax with a minimum of around 30–50 guests; premium buffets S$25–40/pax; mini-buffets for smaller groups S$18–30/pax (min 8–15 pax); and live-station spreads S$30–60/pax. Contact Sri Kulai Catering directly for their current menu pricing. Confirm what is included in the per-pax rate: delivery and setup, equipment such as chafing dishes and warmers (sometimes bundled, sometimes billed separately), on-site buffet attendant service (typically S$80–150 per attendant), waste collection, and GST. A delivery surcharge may apply for non-central or landed addresses. Confirm the deposit amount required on booking and the balance payment schedule. See the full catering cost guide for Singapore →
When enquiring, confirm whether Sri Kulai Catering holds a current MUIS halal certificate — the certificate should display a licence number and validity dates. 'Halal-friendly' or 'no pork no lard' without MUIS certification is not the same as certified halal and will not meet the standard for guests who observe strict halal requirements. Also confirm options for vegetarian (lacto-ovo or vegan), no-beef (for Hindu guests), and any allergen-specific requests. Ask about cross-contamination protocols if your guest list has mixed dietary needs served from the same buffet line. A menu tasting session before booking is advisable — most caterers offer this above a minimum order value, and it lets you verify portion quality and dietary compliance before committing. For events above 20 guests with multiple dietary requirements, put the confirmed dietary breakdown in writing alongside the menu and per-pax rate.
Legitimate caterers hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence with a hygiene grade — A is the highest, followed by B, C, and D. Ask Sri Kulai Catering for their current SFA licence details and hygiene grade; these should be available on request and are verifiable through the SFA licensee directory. Cooked food should be served within a roughly 2–3 hour cooked-to-served window for hot dishes, maintained at above 60°C throughout. Confirm the setup arrival time relative to your event start, the replenishment schedule during the buffet, and the protocol for safe handling of leftovers. Sri Kulai Catering carries a 4.5/5 rating across 1,489 Google reviews — a robust sample — which is a useful indicator of consistent delivery and service. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
