I would definitely recommend this centre as it had greatly benefitted my son. After having taken the Additional Mathematics crash course before the O-levels under Grade Solution, my son had better confidence in tackling questions, even in a year (2025) in which many students regarded a-maths to be outstandingly difficult relative to the other subjects. Under the tutelage of a patient, passionate teacher in tandem with materials that encompass every question type, my son received a definitive confidence boost necessary for a final distinction grade in his results.

I used to be really bad at Math—from primary school all the way until mid Secondary 3, I was constantly getting F9s or just borderline passes, even when others said the paper was easy. This improvement is really thanks to Ms Amanda. She was patient, encouraging, and very clear in her teaching. this is a really good tuition centre. every Friday I would sit next to my child and observe how Ms Amanda my son's math teacher explaining how some problems he doesn't understand in both detail and great patience. I love how Ms Amanda would garner great engagement for my child and keeping him more interested and less bored of the lesson. she has an amazing teaching method and I would highly recommend it to new parents who are contemplating on whether to sign your child up.

I am very pleased with the progress my son has made since joining Mr. Jimmy’s classes. With Ms Yuanyuan, my Chinese language -resistant child went from an AL6 to AL3 in PSLE. She was thrilled, and happy she met the target Ms Yuanyuan set for her. She really liked that it was so personal and that the teacher set individual targets for each child. With the smaller class size, there was enough attention given to each child. Everyone had to answer questions and talk several times during each session - there's no escaping. Much as she disliked it initially, I can see her confidence increasing with each session. She enjoys the game component and started to accept the language more. Very soon, collecting the 真棒！for getting the entire section correct for Assignments became her personal goal. Children are expected to submit their homework - no chasing or reminders - this encourages accountability which is a skill so important for children these days. For a child so picky about fonts and layout, the notes are well-prepared -- it's colourful, and the font size and placement of text works well. Even though we do have to print it ourselves, it was alright as the tuition fees are considered v reasonable in the current market. I was mildly disappointed when Ms Yuanyuan was not available during the oral practice sessions but still giving a five stars as her patience in nurturing the kids weekly, gently encouraging them to speak up is something we should give credit for. Thank you so much for igniting a love for the language!
