Enquiries can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or the online contact form. When reaching out, confirm your headcount and minimum order requirement, event date and venue, buffet or package format (standard buffet, mini-buffet, bento delivery, or live station), and the dietary mix of your guest list — including whether halal-certified, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, or no-beef options are needed. Ask about delivery and setup timing, whether chafing dishes and warmers are included or billed separately, whether a buffet attendant is provided on-site, and the teardown arrangement. For events with mixed dietary requirements, confirm cross-contamination protocols. A menu tasting before committing to a deposit is worth requesting for larger orders.
To take the next step, reach out via WhatsApp or phone with your event date, venue address, estimated pax count, and dietary requirements — then request a written quotation that itemises the per-pax rate, minimum order, delivery and setup fee, equipment provision, and the deposit and balance schedule before signing.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
Had an amazing experience at Swensen’s Buffet in VivoCity, thanks to Philo’s outstanding service. From the moment we were seated, he made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. His attentiveness and positive attitude truly elevated our dining experience to a five-star level. Philo was: Warm and friendly – greeted us with a smile and maintained a cheerful attitude throughout Attentive and proactive – cleared plates promptly and checked in at just the right moments Knowledgeable – explained the buffet selections clearly and gave helpful recommendations Efficient – handled requests quickly, even during busy periods He struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy our meal. The buffet spread was enjoyable, with a good variety of hot dishes, sides, and desserts. However, what truly stood out was the level of service. Philo’s professionalism and genuine hospitality made the experience feel personalized rather than routine. Great food paired with exceptional service is what keeps customers coming back, and Philo absolutely delivered. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Swensen’s Buffet at VivoCity.
Make a reservation on a weekend afternoon and waiting time is around one minute to be seated and was informed by the service staff that dining duration is 90 minutes. At the seafood section there are prawn, flower crab, mussel, clams and half shell crayfish. There are 24 flavours Gelato and 24 flavours ice cream. The hand stretched pizza, roast chicken, roast beef, roast lamb, beef hor fun, laksa, chicken and mutton satay all are very nice and tasty. At the hot section, baked crayfish, pan-seared chicken, deep fried breaded fish and boxing chicken taste good too. There is freeflow of soft drink and coffee. There is a salad, assorted cheese platter, assorted cold cut and condiments section. Customer service is good as the used plates and cup are cleared in a timely manner. Environment is cozy and spacious. Overall experience is pretty awesome and will return to dine in again.
This is my second time here and it is always a great experience. the food is getting even better especially with. special food like Prosperity Rice which I love the most. The team is always friendly and all smile. My favorite is always tue dessert section. Wonderland for a sweet tooth like me. Kudos to Arnold and his team.
Had a great experience at Swensen’s Unlimited @ VivoCity — one of my favourite affordable lunch buffets! For just $35 per adult and $15 per child on weekdays, you get a generous 90-minute dining time with an impressive variety of food. I love that it includes free-flow drinks like coffee, tea, and soft drinks, plus so many different ice cream flavours and toppings to choose from. It’s definitely a go-to spot when you don’t want to splurge but still want a satisfying buffet with good variety. Great value for money and perfect for families too!
Woohoo, Swensen's nailed it this Ramadan! 🤩 Gave them a solid 5/5 for their buffet spread - food quality and value for money were ON POINT! 💯 The collab with Michelin-starred Chef Hafizzul was the highlight, and some dishes stole the show: - Lemon grass stuffed chicken was 🔥 - Salmon coulibiac sambal kelapa with lodeh salmon sauce was 💣 - that combo though! - The whole spread was super tasty and creative 👏 If you're heading to Swensen's buffet anytime soon, you know what to look out for 😋. Highly recommend!

Swensen's Catering prices on a per-pax basis, which is standard for Singapore event catering. Market norms for reference: standard buffets run S$15–25 per pax (minimum approximately 30 pax), premium buffets S$25–40 per pax, mini-buffets for smaller groups S$18–30 per pax (minimum 8–15 pax), and bento delivery S$8–18 per pax. Contact Swensen's Catering directly for their current menu tiers and per-pax rates, as pricing varies by package and headcount. When reviewing the quotation, check what is included versus billed separately: delivery and setup fees for non-central addresses, equipment such as chafing dishes and warmers, a buffet attendant on-site (typically S$80–150 per attendant), waste collection, and GST. Put all line items in writing before paying a deposit. See the full catering cost guide for Singapore →
When enquiring, ask Swensen's Catering directly whether their kitchen or menus carry a MUIS halal certificate — the certificate should display a valid licence number and expiry date. 'Halal-friendly' or 'no pork no lard' without MUIS certification is not the same as certified halal and will not meet the standard for guests who require strict halal observance. Also confirm the availability of vegetarian (lacto-ovo versus vegan), no-beef options for Hindu guests, and any gluten-free or nut-free requirements. For events with a mixed dietary guest list, ask specifically about cross-contamination protocols in the kitchen and serving arrangement. Most caterers offer a menu tasting for orders above a minimum value — request this before paying the deposit, as it is the most reliable way to assess quality and portion suitability for your event.
No regulatory licences are currently recorded on this listing. Before confirming a booking, ask Swensen's Catering for their SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence number and hygiene grade — A is the highest, followed by B, C, and D. For halal-certified menus, request the MUIS certificate as well. Both should be available on request and ideally visible on the company's own communications. On food safety, cooked dishes should be served within a 2–3 hour cooked-to-served window, with hot food held above 60°C and cold food below 5°C per SFA guidelines. Confirm the setup arrival time relative to your event start, the buffet replenishment schedule for longer events, and the policy for handling leftovers safely. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence and MUIS halal certificate (where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
