Super friendly staffs and they are very prompt in their updates of our cats. The assurance from the hotel was wonderful as a first time goer and user of cat hotels and they have certainly set the bar up high! The addition of the CCTV access is also fantastic so that I can have a peak on my cats whenever ~ The staff also lets the cats out daily so that they can get their exercises and zoomies filled ~ I highly recommend to come over to this cat hotel if you want to have your cats pampered and your minds at peace! Thank you T&J Cat Inn, we will surely be back on our next trip!

Impeccable service and highly responsible cat boarding place! We went to several places and after comparing the service, place and price, they were the best fit for us. It was our first time boarding our cat Max (and for 10 days) so naturally there was some worries if he will be well taken care of. And I have to say, our worries are definitely not warranted as right off the bat, the entire team was super on-the-ball to provide us with daily updates on Max and his wellbeing. Loads of photo and short video updates were sent to us to let us know how he was getting used to the place so our entire trip we were at ease with it. One of the key criteria we considered was also if the staff loves cats and you could tell every one of them absolutely does, which is a plus! The place that Max stayed was also wide enough and not too restrictive. Ultimately, I have to say we are so glad to have made the right choice to board Max at T&J Cat Inn. It was 10 days but we could see that Max was taken care of daily. Thank you to Li Ping, Anne, Mariam, Kat and the entire T&J team for sharing your love with Max! We will be sure to entrust him with the team the next time we travel :)

I recently boarded my cat for 12 nights at T&J Cat Inn, and I truly appreciate the wonderful staff for sending me plenty of daily photo and video updates. I could never capture such lovely photos of her at home🥹 It was clear that she was relaxed and happy throughout her stay — she almost didn’t want to leave when I came to pick her up. The cleanliness of the place is also very commendable. I’ll definitely return when I’m away for longer trips.

It's our cat's first time boarding. He's a timid cat but adapted to the boarding in a short time. I love that there's a 24/7 CCTV that we can check on, and also staff gives constant updates on our cat, sending lots of photos and videos on WhatsApp. This will be our future go-to cat boarding place.
