I have some anxiety and past trauma from a previous blood test that didn’t go well, so I was quite nervous before the procedure. The two nurses who assisted me were incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire process. They even asked if I would like numbing cream before the procedure, which I really appreciated and agreed to. They spoke to me calmly, took their time to make sure I felt comfortable, and their encouraging words really helped me settle down. Because of their professionalism and compassion, the experience turned out to be much smoother than I expected.
