The two nurses who assisted me were incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire process. They even asked if I would like numbing cream before the procedure, which I really appreciated and agreed to. They spoke to me calmly, took their time to make sure I felt comfortable, and their encouraging words really helped me settle down. Because of their professionalism and compassion, the experience turned out to be much smoother than I expected. Their patience and gentle approach made a big difference, and I truly felt cared for during the visit. I would also like to thank Dr Liew for the consultation. She was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions clearly without rushing. I appreciated that she was straightforward and honest, and I never felt pressured to do additional treatments such as lasers or other procedures.
