Less than satisfactory at the moment - Uses one same approach for everything - Barely any feedback after each session, will tell you report is given only after the end of a package (i.e after X amount of sessions) - Not receptive to parents feedbacks or concerns - Not aligned with parents - Materials are exactly the same and repeated for some sessions - No tips / do not equip parents with mechanisms or tools to assist with child in daily life - Spend time to do colouring of each word instead - to warm up the child and for child to say the word- even though the child is already in good spirits responding the minute she entered the centre. Moreover the child loves colouring and focuses on the task at hand (which to the child: it’s colouring not speaking) and choosing favourite colour pencils - Yet to recognise noticeable improvement through these sessions with senior therapist Tammy Lim, but with daily discipline to run through words and with previous therapist tips child is improving bit by bit - One very noticeable mention is said therapist is not firm with child, tends to let child lead the way instead Not easy to reach the centre admin by phone call to centre; no effort to check the contact details when reaching out to parents despite leaving down the number Centre manager Karen attempts recovery service which is appreciated

I was recommended to this centre by KKH for my son’s speech therapy. This centre offered therapy sessions taught by students who are being closely supervised by a supervisor. My wife and I are so grateful to Ms Karen and her team of students for their incredible impact they have had on our son’s speech development. Their patience, kindness, and dedication have made such a difference in his progress. They create a warm and enjoyable environment where my son feels very comfortable and encouraged to learn. Thanks to all their expertise and loving approach, we have seen tremendous improvement in his speech sounds. Just last year, my son was chosen to be emcee for a segment of pre-school concert. He spoke with such confident and clarity. My wife and I were so proud of his achievements and improvement! And we know this wouldn’t have been possible with the professional help from the centre. We truly appreciate all that they have done and highly recommend THK Children Centre Space to any family looking for a caring and skilled speech therapist at very affordable price.
