Best dental experience of my life! I'm not one who fears going to see the dentist anyway, but I've never had a dental experience feel like a spa. Made a visit here as recommended by a friend who said he walked in and heard Pixies. Where is my mind indeed, because I've never had a dental experience feel like this. Worry not about your dentist trying to chat up a conversation to make you feel comfortable while their hands are in your mouth. Dr Benn Chua patiently explains each step and helps you feel comfortable in asking for more time should you feel discomfort. If I was a kid I would aspire to be like Dr Chua. Friendly, cheery, and great at his job. What a guy! TLDR; Great dental cleaning, thorough explanation for steps to take before and for future visits. No hard selling. Decent prices and accessible location. Staff are also friendly. As a 30 year old, I am now a loyal citizen of Tooth Town.

First time bringing my lil one to a dentist. Our kiddo is a shy, and sensitive to new environment and sounds. We were worried that he might cried his way in and out of the dental clinic. But lo and behold, Dr Nicole and the nurse were so nice, kind and gentle to him. Before he can realise what was going on, Dr Nicole was already performing her work on his teeth! My lil one came out feeling proud for his own bravery. Totally love the clinic, the safe and calm environment it creates and the staffs' gentleness.

The best dental clinic to bring your kids. The environment is very kid friendly with toys and knick knacks to make them feel comfortable and at ease. Both Dr Nicole and Dr Benn are super kid-friendly while still maintaining professionalism. Made my daughter feel comfortable and happy for the entire experience. Parents, if you want your child’s dental journey to begin trauma-free and learn that dental care can be fun and stress-free, this is the place! They are also very customer service oriented and were kind enough to waive certain fees too. Post cleaning, they also reward your child with a gift! My daughter does not fear going to the dentist at all! Highly recommended!

On Saturday, my four-year-old daughter complained of a toothache and developed a fever. A quick search indicated that a toothache accompanied by a fever in children can suggest an underlying infection and may require prompt, even same-day, dental attention. Having previously visited Tooth Town and knowing they already had my daughter’s records, this was the first clinic we contacted. We were worried and called to ask if a walk-in appointment was possible, but the call went to voicemail. Given the urgency, we decided to drive to the clinic while waiting for a response. During the drive, we received a WhatsApp message informing us that the clinic was fully booked and that the next available appointment was on Monday morning. As we had already arrived, we decided to try walking in to check again. I explained our situation and asked if it might be possible to slot us in, even if it meant waiting. However, Dr Benn Chua, who was at the counter, simply stated that they were fully booked and that it was not possible. We later asked if we could return after 7.30pm as an emergency visit but once again, we were turned away and advised to seek dental care elsewhere. While this may not have appeared urgent from a clinical perspective, for parents of a young child who was in pain and running a fever, it felt like an emergency to us. Having previously seen Dr Nicole at the clinic, we had hoped for a bit more understanding or guidance. Although we understand how busy clinics can be, the interaction felt somewhat lacking in empathy, and we left feeling disappointed and unsure of our next steps. We later noticed other reviews mentioning that walk-ins had been accommodated for emergency cases, and we wish our experience had been similar. We share this in the hope that future parents in similar situations might receive clearer guidance or reassurance when their child is unwell.
