Absolutely love Tots & Teddies! My son Yichen goes to Tots and Teddies and I honestly can't say enough good things about this school! The teachers are amazing! They're so sweet and patient with all the kids. You can really tell they care about what they're doing. My son is always excited to see his teachers and comes home telling me all about his day. They know each kid so well and really pay attention to their individual needs. The food is fantastic! I'm always so impressed with how healthy and nutritious the meals are. Everything looks fresh and delicious. The variety is great too. Tons of fun activities! There's always something cool happening - art projects, music time, story sessions, learning games. But what I really love is how much time they spend outside. The kids get to run around, play, and just be kids. It's the perfect balance of learning and fun. The whole atmosphere feels like one big happy family. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The staff really gets to know the parents too and they're super understanding about everything. If you're looking for a place where your child will be happy, well-fed, and actually love going to school, this is it! We feel so lucky to have found Tots and Teddies. Definitely recommend! 👍

To the wonderful team at Tots & Teddies and Miss Joey, This has been an amazing experience for us and our daughter at Tots and Teddies. The school has a family oriented environment and it became our daughter’s second big family. She was so happy to go to school and she came home super happy. Since the first moment I visited your school, I knew it was going to be great place for our little one. The teachers and all the staff are so caring to the children. The activities are so jolly and well organized. They have mornings to share breakfast with parents or afternoon tea with the parents. Parents are welcomed to participate in the school trips and other activities. Tots and Teddies is a wonderful place for children to grow, learn and make friends! Children have so much fun! Thank you so much for all the care, patience, support and nurture to our daughter!
I have sent both my kids here since they were ~5 months old; my eldest is now in N1. The tight-knit teaching team and personalised attention given to each child has helped them thrive, and we would highly recommend this school to parents considering preschools in the CBD area. My son was born very premature and had a speech delay, and we credit his teachers (especially his chinese teacher) for helping him find his speaking voice.
My daughter started at Tots & Teddies cecil court bay when she was 5 months old. As first time parents we were very anxious, but we were reassured over time as the jolly infants teachers show so much care to the babies, and my daughter absolutely enjoyed it. The teachers tailor the activities and the meals based on the babies’ development stage, and made great suggestions to us from time to time. She is now 1.5yrs old and unfortunately we have to leave tots & teddies because we are leaving Singapore. We really hope we can find a daycare as good as this one in the new country.

Tots and Teddies is priced at the mid-range tier ($$) on a monthly recurring basis, though the exact monthly fee has not been publicly listed. When you enquire, ask for a full fee breakdown that includes the registration fee, any refundable deposit (typically equivalent to one to two months' fees), as well as uniform and personal accident insurance costs if applicable. Childcare and playgroup fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so no goods and services tax should be added to the tuition fee itself. It is worth confirming in writing exactly what the monthly fee covers — for instance, whether meals, consumables, or enrichment activities are included or charged separately. Singapore citizen children enrolled in licensed childcare centres may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy (up to S$600 per month for infant care, or up to S$300 per month for childcare), subject to the programme type and the centre's licence status. Working mothers who work at least 56 hours per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Relief or the means-tested Additional Subsidy, which can bring total combined support up to approximately S$710 per month depending on household income. Permanent resident children are generally eligible for partial subsidies at lower quantum. Subsidy amounts are periodically revised, and eligibility depends on the specific ECDA licence held by the centre. Note that as Tots and Teddies' current regulatory licence status is not confirmed on this listing, families should verify directly with the centre and with ECDA whether subsidies apply to their specific programme. Always check the current figures directly with ECDA at ecda.gov.sg, as subsidy amounts and qualifying criteria are subject to change.
Playgroup and childcare places in Singapore can be in high demand, and popular centres — particularly those offering infant care — are often fully booked three to twelve months in advance. The January intake is typically the most competitive, as it aligns with the start of the school year, so families targeting that period should enquire especially early. To secure a place, most centres require a registration fee and a deposit at the point of reservation. It is advisable to contact Tots and Teddies directly to ask about current availability for your child's intended start month and age group, and to clarify what commitment is required to hold a slot. Reach out via phone or the online enquiry form listed on this page to get up-to-date information on vacancies.
