Absolutely love Tots & Teddies! My son Yichen goes to Tots and Teddies and I honestly can't say enough good things about this school! The teachers are amazing! They're so sweet and patient with all the kids. You can really tell they care about what they're doing. My son is always excited to see his teachers and comes home telling me all about his day. They know each kid so well and really pay attention to their individual needs. The food is fantastic! I'm always so impressed with how healthy and nutritious the meals are. Everything looks fresh and delicious. The variety is great too. Tons of fun activities! There's always something cool happening - art projects, music time, story sessions, learning games. But what I really love is how much time they spend outside. The kids get to run around, play, and just be kids. It's the perfect balance of learning and fun. The whole atmosphere feels like one big happy family. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The staff really gets to know the parents too and they're super understanding about everything. If you're looking for a place where your child will be happy, well-fed, and actually love going to school, this is it! We feel so lucky to have found Tots and Teddies. Definitely recommend! 👍

To the wonderful team at Tots & Teddies and Miss Joey, This has been an amazing experience for us and our daughter at Tots and Teddies. The school has a family oriented environment and it became our daughter’s second big family. She was so happy to go to school and she came home super happy. Since the first moment I visited your school, I knew it was going to be great place for our little one. The teachers and all the staff are so caring to the children. The activities are so jolly and well organized. They have mornings to share breakfast with parents or afternoon tea with the parents. Parents are welcomed to participate in the school trips and other activities. Tots and Teddies is a wonderful place for children to grow, learn and make friends! Children have so much fun! Thank you so much for all the care, patience, support and nurture to our daughter!
I have sent both my kids here since they were ~5 months old; my eldest is now in N1. The tight-knit teaching team and personalised attention given to each child has helped them thrive, and we would highly recommend this school to parents considering preschools in the CBD area. My son was born very premature and had a speech delay, and we credit his teachers (especially his chinese teacher) for helping him find his speaking voice.
My daughter started at Tots & Teddies cecil court bay when she was 5 months old. As first time parents we were very anxious, but we were reassured over time as the jolly infants teachers show so much care to the babies, and my daughter absolutely enjoyed it. The teachers tailor the activities and the meals based on the babies’ development stage, and made great suggestions to us from time to time. She is now 1.5yrs old and unfortunately we have to leave tots & teddies because we are leaving Singapore. We really hope we can find a daycare as good as this one in the new country.

Tots & Teddies displays a mid-range ($$) price indicator, but specific monthly or hourly rates are not publicly listed. For nanny and babysitter services in Singapore, costs typically depend on the number of hours per day, whether the arrangement is live-in or daily, and the caregiver's experience level. You should also ask about a registration or placement fee, any deposit required to secure a caregiver, and whether transport allowances or public holiday surcharges apply. Childcare and babysitting fees in Singapore are generally GST-exempt when the service is provided directly by an individual caregiver, though agency placement fees may be subject to GST. Confirm the full cost breakdown in writing before committing. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Government subsidies for childcare in Singapore are administered by ECDA and apply primarily to ECDA-licensed childcare centres and infant care centres. For nanny and babysitter arrangements through an unlicensed or non-centre provider, ECDA's Basic Subsidy (up to S$600 per month for infant care, S$300 for childcare), Working Mother's Subsidy, and Additional Subsidy are generally not applicable. If you are considering a licensed childcare centre instead, Singapore citizen children may qualify for the Basic Subsidy, with additional means-tested support available. Permanent resident children may access partial subsidies. Subsidy quanta are subject to change, so check directly with ECDA at ecda.gov.sg for the most current figures before making a decision. Contact Tots & Teddies directly to clarify whether any of their service arrangements qualify for government-supported schemes.
Availability for nanny and babysitter services can fluctuate depending on caregiver schedules and existing bookings. Unlike centre-based childcare where waitlists can stretch 3–12 months — particularly for infant care slots — nanny placement timelines vary by agency or provider. That said, popular or experienced caregivers can be booked out several months in advance, especially during peak periods such as the start of the school year in January. To secure a caregiver for a specific start date, it is advisable to enquire as early as possible — ideally 2–3 months ahead for a regular arrangement. When you make contact, ask about current caregiver availability, what is required to hold a placement, and whether a deposit is needed to confirm the booking. Reach out to Tots & Teddies via phone or the enquiry form to check current availability for your preferred schedule.
