I won’t go back there because I saw the lady owner scold the waitress in front of the crowd. It’s a terrible attitude and though I like the food, I can’t bear such an attitude in front of everyone. If you need to mend their ways, you need to do it properly in a constructive way away from the people there to eat. It’s a negative atmosphere you are creating for the customers. —- Rather than a template response, explain here what you are going to do to address it. I have given an extremely precise explanation of your problem on an otherwise superb restaurant. Since you had the confidence to misbehave in public, this should not stop you if at all you want to fix the issues.
