Environment was clean and pleasant. Food was decent. Service was quite slow , and they forgot my order multiple times - they ask whether I wanted my drink hot or cold and with or without sugar. Twice. Then still came with the wrong drink. Then a staff accidentally knocked over one of our drinks. Didn’t apologise didn’t compensate. It was a happy family gathering so we didn’t wanna make a scene but still, I thought it was quite unreasonable.
