About AOS Events Singapore
AOS Events Singapore is an event planning service based at 1 Esplanade Drive, covering engagements islandwide. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the provider holds a 4.6-star rating across 49 Google reviews — a moderate sample that carries reasonable weight. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range ($$) on a package basis, though specific package costs were not disclosed in this listing and should be confirmed directly.
Enquire by sharing your event date, venue, and headcount so AOS Events Singapore can assess scope and availability. Event planning engagements typically involve a theme and style consultation, a package versus à la carte breakdown, and a deposit of around 30–50% on signing to secure the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Popular Saturdays — particularly in March, April, October, and November — book out six to twelve months ahead, so early contact is advisable. For outdoor or semi-outdoor components, ask about wet-weather contingency and whether travel charges apply for venues outside the central area. Public liability insurance is worth confirming, especially where the event takes place at an HDB void deck, condominium function room, or hotel venue that may require a certificate of coverage.
Contact AOS Events Singapore directly with your event date, venue, and a brief description of the scope to receive a package proposal and check calendar availability.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
This is a very nice place to enjoy concerts on a smaller and more intimate scale. Seating is comfortable, air conditioning is just right. The acoustic is fantastic. I watched a musical concert here and enjoyed thoroughly.
This recital studio has wonderful acoustics and allows an intimate close-up experience with the performers. It is easy to locate on level 2 of the Esplanade. The staff are all professional and friendly. Thank you for our lovely experience here over the weekend when we watched the Singapore Lyric Opera Adult Chorus Choir!
This is a lovely, intimate studio performance area. Definitely very nice for performances where you want to be close in with the performers - and there isn't a bad seat. It can be a bit tricky to locate, so don't leave it til the last minute, but that's about the only downside. A really nice venue.
Intimate venue with excellent sound enhancing facilities. Enjoyed an exhilariting disco concert by Raw Energy which really rocked
Nice place with a nice ambience to watch musical performances

AOS Events Singapore prices on a package basis, and specific figures were not published in this listing. As a general reference, full event planning services in Singapore (excluding venue and catering) typically run S$5,000–25,000+ depending on event type, scale, and complexity. Narrower scopes — such as coordination-only or partial planning — sit at the lower end of that band. When requesting a quote, confirm what the package covers: planning and coordination hours, vendor sourcing, on-site management, and deliverables. Ask about the deposit required on signing (typically 30–50%), the balance payment schedule, and whether GST applies. Also clarify any travel charge for non-central venues and the rescheduling or cancellation terms. See the full Event Planners cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings and large-scale corporate events, six to twelve months ahead is the norm — popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill earliest. For smaller events such as birthday parties, baby full-month celebrations, or corporate cocktails, six to twelve weeks is generally workable, though last-minute availability depends on the planner's calendar. A deposit on signing is what holds your date. Until that is paid and a contract is countersigned, the date remains open to other clients. Ask whether AOS Events Singapore can pencil-book the date while you finalise the scope, and confirm how long that hold lasts before a deposit is required. If any element of the event is outdoors or in a venue with a noise curfew, discuss a wet-weather and contingency plan at the initial consultation rather than leaving it to the week before.
The Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the event date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. The deposit usually covers the date hold, initial planning and consultation hours, and any mock-ups or concept work carried out before the balance stage. Deposits in this industry are typically non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date — confirm this explicitly in writing before signing. Ask what happens if a force-majeure event (such as a public-health restriction or venue closure) requires postponement, as reputable planners generally allow rescheduling within a fixed window without forfeiting the deposit. Also ask about public liability insurance, particularly if the event will be held at an HDB void deck, condominium function room, or hotel that requires a certificate of coverage from all vendors.
