Enquire by confirming your event date and venue early, as popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November book out months in advance for weddings and milestone celebrations. A good starting point is a theme or style consultation covering headcount, format, and scope — full planning versus day-of coordination versus à la carte services each carry different package structures. Expect a deposit of roughly 30–50% on signing to hold the date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm the setup and teardown windows with your venue separately, as these are often outside the rented time block. For any outdoor or HDB void deck components, ask about wet-weather contingency and whether Bellwether Events carries public liability insurance, which some condo and hotel venues require in writing before permitting setup.
Reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form with your event date, venue, approximate headcount, and any theme or style references to receive a package proposal.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Positive comments from the guests because all ages are well occupied with the amenities provided✨🥳 thank you for the management's flexibility in allowing us have time extensions. It meant so much to be able to spend happy times with extended relatives for a longer period of time. Birthday celeb was a blast! Ample options for parking space. Plus point is being on the ground floor! And the rates are reasonable.
Had a really wonderful event at Level Two Space (ground level). We booked it for our company event with about 25 pax, and the space was perfect for our needs. The amenities were great and very well-maintained — there’s a small pool table, karaoke set, projector with speakers, and even a Nintendo. The space was spacious enough for us to dine comfortably and play games together using the projector, which made team bonding very enjoyable. We were required to clean up after ourselves, which was totally acceptable given the pricing. The venue itself was very clean, and it’s clear that previous guests also maintained good hygiene standards. The owner was extremely helpful and patient. He came down personally to assist us with setting up the karaoke system and projector, and even went out of his way to help me find an adaptor for my laptop. His service really made a difference. Overall, a 10/10 experience and I would definitely recommend this place. Parking can be a little challenging and it does get congested on weekends, but aside from that, everything was excellent. A truly wonderful experience!
We recently hosted our daughter’s 18th birthday at Level Two Space and couldn’t have been more impressed. The booking process was seamless, the price is affordable and the team responded promptly to every inquiry. The flexible layout—adjustable chairs and tables—was perfect for our group’s needs. Our guests loved the range of entertainment options: a projector, nintendo, pool table, and karaoke setup all kept everyone engaged and having fun. We enjoyed the place and needed an extra hour. We would like to thank the owners who are kind enough and allowed us to extend our booking. We met them after the party and they are warm, humble and accommodating. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The venue’s generous space, great amenities, smooth logistics, and friendly hosts made it a memorable event for everyone. Will definitely recommend this place to others.👍
i had my 21st birthday party here and i really loved the venue. the owner came down to help us set up all the ktv, nintendo and projector so we didn’t have any issues setting it up at all. the space is very spacious and can fit alot of people so my guests had sufficient space to roam and mingle around. the toilets were also really clean and there were enough tables and chairs to set up the food and cak, and for my guests to sit. i really loved the amenities like the pool tables as it kept my guest entertained. overall a really great place to book your next event! also downside is that the location is abit hard but google maps should solve tht issue easily
We had a wonderful experience hosting our birthday party here! The venue was clean, spacious and at a convenient location as well. This venue is very budget friendly and comes with everything you need for a fun party — games, karaoke, and projector included (even tho we didn’t have time to enjoy using it). I like how we have space to split photo wall from buffet setup and plus point long table for guests to eat comfortably. Definitely recommend!

Bellwether Events prices its services as packages, which is standard for event planning. In the Singapore market, full-service event planning (excluding venue and food-and-beverage) typically runs S$5,000–25,000+ depending on event complexity, scope, and the number of vendors coordinated. Day-of coordination packages are generally S$1,500–4,000, while à la carte add-ons such as decor, floral, or entertainment sit within their own ranges. The deposit is usually 30–50% on signing to secure the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what is included — planning hours, site recces, vendor liaison, setup supervision — and whether travel charges apply for non-central venues. GST applies where the company is GST-registered. See the full Event Planners cost guide for Singapore →
Lead time depends on the event type. For weddings, 6–12 months ahead is the norm — peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November are the first to go, and popular planners at this rating level are often fully booked well in advance. Corporate events and milestone birthday celebrations benefit from 3–6 months' notice to allow proper vendor sourcing and venue negotiation. For smaller occasions such as baby full-month parties or intimate gatherings, 6–12 weeks is usually workable, though earlier is always safer. Confirm whether the date is firmly held only upon receipt of the deposit, and ask about the rescheduling policy if a force-majeure situation — weather, public-health restriction, or venue cancellation — requires a date change.
The Singapore industry standard is a non-refundable deposit of 30–50% on signing, which covers the date hold and initial planning work such as consultations, vendor briefings, and concept development. The balance is typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing exactly what the deposit covers and whether any portion is transferable to a new date if the event is postponed. For cancellations, most event planners retain the deposit in full as it compensates for time already committed and dates declined for other clients. Ask for the rescheduling terms specifically — many planners allow one date change within a defined window without forfeiting the deposit. Also confirm whether Bellwether Events holds public liability insurance, particularly if any portion of the event takes place at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue where the facility manager may request a copy of the certificate before approving setup.
