About Constellar Singapore
Constellar Singapore is an event planning company operating islandwide from its base at 1 Expo Dr, Singapore 486150. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channel. With 5 Google reviews at a 4.0 rating, the sample is too small to draw firm conclusions, and prospective clients should treat that score as directional only. Pricing is indicated at a mid-range level on a package basis, though specific package costs are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly.
Engaging an event planner typically begins with an enquiry covering the event date, venue, and approximate headcount, followed by a theme or style consultation. Constellar Singapore handles event planning on a package or à la carte basis islandwide. Clients should clarify the scope of planning services covered — vendor coordination, site recce, setup and teardown windows, wet-weather contingency — and confirm the deposit required on signing (typically 30–50%), the balance payment schedule, and the deliverables timeline. Travel charges for non-central venues and public liability insurance requirements (particularly for HDB void deck or condo function room setups) are worth confirming in writing before committing.
To take the next step, contact Constellar Singapore by phone or via the enquiry form on their listing, provide your event date, venue, and headcount, and request a written package proposal with full pricing and contract terms before paying any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Poor Attitude Being the exclusive event organisers has its perks: customers have no choice. They failed to deliver on items that were paid for. Despite multiple times trying to alert them way before the show, they did not respond with the right answer and failed to deliver. No apology, no refund. Probably forgot about it that they were paid but did not deliver. I would not use Singapore Expo if I could.

Constellar Singapore prices on a package basis, and specific figures are not publicly listed — you will need to request a proposal directly. As a reference point, Singapore event planning fees (excluding venue and F&B) typically run S$5,000–25,000+ depending on event scale and scope. For more focused services such as birthday party entertainment and décor, packages generally start around S$500–2,500; baby full-month or 100-day bundles run S$300–2,000. When reviewing any quote, confirm what is itemised: the deposit (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance payment schedule, hours of coverage, deliverables timeline, travel charges for non-central venues, and GST. Lead time depends heavily on the event type. For weddings, popular event planners and associated vendors book out 6–12 months ahead, with peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November filling earliest. For birthday parties and baby celebrations, 6–12 weeks is generally sufficient for in-demand specialists, though earlier is always safer. Confirm whether your chosen date is held by a deposit at the time of signing — without that, no date is secured. Also ask about wet-weather or force-majeure contingency if any element of the event is outdoors, and whether the date can be rescheduled without forfeiting the deposit under defined circumstances.
The Singapore events industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to hold the date, with the balance typically due 1–2 weeks before the event. Before paying, confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, planning hours, vendor briefings, mock-ups or site recces — and whether it is refundable or transferable if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are typically non-refundable but may be transferable to a future date at the planner's discretion. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy if a public-health restriction or other force-majeure event requires a date change. Also confirm whether Constellar Singapore holds public liability insurance, as some venues (HDB void decks, condo function rooms, hotel ballrooms) require a copy of the certificate before permitting setup.
