About Creative Eateries Events

About Creative Eateries Events

Creative Eateries Events is an event planning company operating islandwide from its Henderson Road office. The listing is KakiList-verified, confirming active contact details. Google reviews stand at 3.8 out of 5 across 60 ratings — a moderate sample that suggests a mixed client experience worth investigating before committing.

Engaging an event planner typically starts with an enquiry covering your event date, venue, headcount, and the style or theme you have in mind. From there, a scope consultation will establish whether you need full end-to-end planning — venue sourcing, vendor coordination, on-the-day management — or a partial brief such as décor direction or supplier recommendations only. Confirm the package structure versus à la carte pricing, the deposit required on signing (Singapore industry standard is 30–50%), and when the balance falls due, typically one to two weeks before the event. For weddings, clarify whether the planner covers the ROM solemnisation, the tea ceremony, and any dialect-group gatecrash customs, or only the banquet. Ask about the site recce process, setup and teardown windows, travel charges for non-central venues, and wet-weather contingency plans if any portion is outdoors. Public liability insurance is worth confirming, particularly for setups at HDB void decks or condo function rooms where the venue management may require a certificate.

To take the next step, reach Creative Eateries Events by phone or via the enquiry form on their listing, providing your event date, rough headcount, and a brief description of scope so they can respond with a relevant package proposal.

Ordered Spicy Chirashi Don ($22.99) and Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef Sushi Moriwase ($28.90) and Ikura Chawanmushi ($8.90) with Hot green tea ($4.50) The Chirashi was fresh and portion was just enough. However thr Chawanmushi was a disappointment as it was a bit hardened possibly over steamed or kept for long time. The A5 Wagyu was like a chewing gum and hard to bite into small pieces despite chewing for a while. However awesome service from a Philippine staff saved the day.

We’ve been using this catering service regularly, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Jesslyn, who handles our catering sales, is always a pleasure to work with—efficient, responsive, and incredibly helpful in making sure every detail is covered. Ye, who leads the operations team, ensures that every event runs smoothly. Setup is always punctual and professional, and the service team is friendly and well-coordinated. A big shoutout to Chef Kenny and his culinary team as well. The food quality is outstanding every time—flavorful, beautifully presented, and consistent across every order. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. Overall, it’s a well-oiled team that delivers on both service and quality. Highly recommended!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Creative Eateries Events charge?

Event planning fees in Singapore vary considerably by scope. Full end-to-end wedding planning (excluding venue and food and beverage) typically runs S$5,000–25,000+. Partial planning or on-the-day coordination sits lower, often S$1,500–5,000. Themed birthday parties and baby full-month or 100-day packages with entertainment and décor generally range from S$500 to S$2,500 depending on what is included. Creative Eateries Events operates on a package pricing model, so confirm exactly what each package covers: hours of coverage or service, number of vendors coordinated, deliverables timeline, and any travel charge for venues outside the central region. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is standard to hold the date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. GST should be clarified in the written quote. How far ahead should I book Creative Eateries Events?

Lead time depends heavily on the event type. For weddings, popular event planners and the peak Saturday dates in March, April, October, and November book out six to twelve months in advance — sometimes earlier for multi-vendor coordination where the planner needs to lock in the venue, photographer, and caterer as a block. Budget at least six months if your wedding date is flexible, and longer if it falls on a peak Saturday. For birthday parties and baby celebrations such as full-month or 100-day events, six to twelve weeks is a reasonable minimum for in-demand planners. Confirm whether your preferred date is available before beginning detailed scope discussions, and ask whether the deposit secures the date exclusively. Wet-weather or indoor contingency arrangements should also be discussed at the point of booking if any element of the event is outdoors.

What does the deposit cover and what is the cancellation policy at Creative Eateries Events?

Singapore event planners typically charge a 30–50% deposit on signing the engagement contract. This deposit holds the date, covers initial planning hours, vendor briefings, and any site recce costs incurred. The remainder is usually due one to two weeks before the event. Deposits in this industry are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date, subject to availability and the planner's terms. Confirm the rescheduling policy in writing before signing — particularly whether a government-mandated restriction or a force majeure event triggers a date transfer without forfeiture. Also ask about public liability insurance coverage, especially if the event involves a setup at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue where the venue operator may require a copy of the certificate before permitting access.
