No ACRA registration has been confirmed for this listing, so prospective clients should verify the company's business registration independently before engaging.
When enquiring, share your event date, venue, and headcount through the contact form on the listing. An event planner will typically follow up to understand your theme or style, the scope of services required — whether full planning, partial coordination, or on-the-day management — and your budget range. Discuss whether you prefer a packaged offering or à la carte services. Confirm the deposit required on signing (typically 30–50%), the balance payment schedule, what deliverables are included, and the lead time needed for your event type. For weddings and larger events, a site recce and vendor coordination brief are standard early steps; for corporate events or milestone celebrations, a planning timeline and run-of-show document should be agreed before work begins. Ask about wet-weather or contingency protocols for any outdoor components, and whether public liability insurance is held — especially important for setups at HDB void decks, condominium function rooms, or hotel venues that may request a certificate.
To take the next step, submit an enquiry through the contact form with your event date, venue, approximate headcount, and a brief description of the occasion, and request a written proposal and package breakdown before paying any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I have had the pleasure of working with Eminence Event and their terrific staff at an event. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future on a professional level. Thank you guys again for making work seem so much fun!
They organised my Singapore Design Week 2019 event without any hiccups. Had good reviews and feedback. My guests all enjoyed themselves. Serviced by a great team and I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!
I think Eminence is one of the companies on top of their game. Their services are really topnotch and they deliver outstanding results far more than my expectations. I'd recommend this company a lot. Thanks, Eminence!
A very poorly run business. Refused to pay for a job well done - we performed for them. Very unprofessional in dealing with them, barely reply to messages or answer calls. And after over a week of chasing game still no payment. Everyone should be aware of them!!! Not trustworthy at all!
Attended the talk and the turn out was great! Was welcomed by the team and the sharing by the guest speaker was great. Managed to network and got to know a few more people in the industry!

Event planning fees vary significantly by scope. Full wedding planning (end-to-end vendor coordination, timeline management, and on-the-day execution, excluding venue and food and beverage) typically runs S$5,000–25,000+ in Singapore. Partial coordination or on-the-day management packages tend to sit at S$1,500–5,000. Corporate events, milestone birthday parties, and baby full-month or 100-day celebrations are priced by scope and headcount, with packages generally starting from S$500–2,500 for entertainment and décor combined and rising substantially for multi-vendor coordination. Always confirm what the quoted package covers — planning hours, vendor management, site recce, setup and teardown supervision, number of events staff on the day — as well as the deposit on signing (typically 30–50%), the balance payment schedule, travel charges for non-central venues, and GST. For weddings, 6–12 months is the standard lead time — peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November book out earliest, and popular event planners often have limited availability for these dates well in advance. For corporate events, milestone celebrations, and large-scale private parties, 3–6 months is advisable to allow sufficient time for venue sourcing, vendor briefing, and run-of-show planning. For smaller events such as birthday parties or baby celebrations, 6–12 weeks is usually workable, though in-demand planners and decorators can fill up sooner during school-holiday periods. Once you have a date in mind, submit an enquiry promptly — a deposit is typically what formally holds the date. Confirm whether the date is available before paying anything, and ask about the rescheduling policy if plans change.
The Singapore events industry standard is a non-refundable deposit of 30–50% of the total package value, paid on signing the contract, to secure the event date and cover initial planning and coordination hours. The balance is typically due 1–2 weeks before the event. Confirm in writing exactly what the deposit covers — whether it includes design consultation, vendor briefing sessions, site recce, or sample tastings where applicable — and what portion, if any, is transferable to a future date if you reschedule. Cancellation terms vary by provider. Most reputable planners allow rescheduling within a defined window (often 6–12 months) without forfeiting the deposit entirely, particularly if the change is due to a force-majeure event or public-health restriction. Ask specifically about the no-show and last-minute cancellation policy for vendors the planner has already contracted on your behalf, as those costs may pass through. Public liability insurance — especially relevant for setups at HDB void decks or condominium venues — should be confirmed before signing.
