About Epiphany Events
Epiphany Events is an event planning company based at Jalan Kayu and operating islandwide across Singapore. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the company holds a 4.5-star rating across 23 Google reviews — a moderate sample that lends reasonable confidence to the rating. No ACRA registration has been confirmed at this time, so prospective clients should request a valid business registration number directly.
Enquiries typically begin with sharing your event date, venue, and approximate headcount so the planner can assess availability and scope. From there, expect a theme and style consultation, a discussion of what is included in the package versus priced à la carte, and clarity on the deposit schedule — industry standard in Singapore is 30–50% on signing with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Lead time matters: popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November tend to book out six to twelve months ahead for weddings and large-scale events, while birthday parties and baby celebrations typically need six to twelve weeks. Confirm setup and teardown windows, any travel charge for venues outside the central region, wet-weather or backup contingency for outdoor elements, and whether the company carries public liability insurance — particularly relevant for HDB void deck or condo function room setups where the venue management may require a certificate.
The clearest next step is to reach Epiphany Events by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing, providing your event date, venue type, and a brief description of the occasion to receive a package proposal.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing. Request an ACRA business registration number directly from Epiphany Events before paying any deposit.
The Church of Epiphany Our family would like to thank Abraham and all the staff in the Church of Epiphany for their warm and efficient service during the wake and funeral (25 -28 June). The Church is very private, clean and spacious with ample car park. The tables and chairs are very well arranged. The family room is comfortable and has CCTV to view the visitors in the Shalom room. We are very pleased with the whole atmosphere n with the good and courteous service of all the staff who did a meticulous job. God bless all of you. The Chua Family
This church is good church, very friendly and helpful. Good job.
The church, COTE is back to where she was, 407 Jalan Kayu, all because of His Providence and Amazing Grace. Come join us! We welcome you! Have attended services here back when it was still at ground floor and renovation where planned for. This church that has been on the same plot of land transformed to what it is today, a beautiful modern church! This wonderful transformation was only possible due to the tight knitted congregation that have stayed on for generations and their involvements of any kind to make this possible! Above all, God was the leader and biggest contributor working behind closed doors!🙌🏽

Epiphany Events uses a package-based pricing model, which is standard for event planners in Singapore. Full event planning packages (excluding venue hire and catering) typically range from S$5,000 to S$25,000 or more depending on the scale of the event, number of vendors coordinated, and complexity of the brief. Smaller-scope engagements such as partial planning or day-of coordination sit at the lower end of that range. Confirm in writing what each package covers — hours of service, number of planning meetings, vendor sourcing and liaison, site recce, setup supervision, and post-event teardown. Clarify the deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance due date, any travel surcharge for non-central venues, and whether GST applies. Ask for a clear breakdown of inclusions versus chargeable extras before committing. See the full Event Planners cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings and large corporate events, six to twelve months ahead is the practical minimum — peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill earliest, and a planner who is already committed cannot take on another event on the same date. If your date is firm, securing a deposit slot as soon as the proposal is agreed protects you. For birthday parties, baby full-month or 100-day celebrations, and smaller social events, six to twelve weeks is generally sufficient, though popular planners can fill up faster during school holiday periods and the festive season. For any event with an outdoor component, confirm the wet-weather contingency at the same time as booking — planners who handle this proactively save considerable stress closer to the date.
The standard Singapore events industry practice is a 30–50% non-refundable deposit on signing, which secures the event date and covers initial planning hours, consultation time, and vendor outreach that begins immediately. The balance is typically due one to two weeks before the event. Ask Epiphany Events to confirm these figures in writing before paying. On cancellation, deposits are typically non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date — confirm the rescheduling window (usually up to 12 months) and any conditions attached. If a force-majeure situation such as a public-health restriction or venue closure forces a change, reputable planners will work with clients to reschedule rather than forfeit the deposit. Get this rescheduling clause in the written contract before signing, and ask whether the company holds public liability insurance, particularly if the event is at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue that requires evidence of cover.
