About Events Partner

About Events Partner

Events Partner is an event planning company operating islandwide from their Ang Mo Kio office, verified by KakiList. They carry a 4.9/5 rating across 440 Google reviews — a robust sample that reflects consistent client satisfaction. Pricing is presented at the mid-range tier; full package costs depend on event scope and should be confirmed directly, as event planning fees vary significantly by the complexity of the brief.

The planning process typically begins with an enquiry by phone or online form, covering the event date, venue, headcount, theme or style brief, and budget range. Events Partner handles coordination across multiple vendors — venue sourcing, decor, entertainment, photography, catering — consolidating what would otherwise be a series of separate bookings into a single managed process. Lead times matter: weddings typically require 6–12 months for popular Saturdays, especially in March, April, October, and November; birthday parties and baby full-month celebrations are usually manageable within 6–12 weeks. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is standard to secure the date and begin planning work, with the balance typically due 1–2 weeks before the event. It is worth confirming the wet-weather contingency plan for any outdoor elements and asking whether public liability insurance is held for setups at HDB void decks or condo function rooms.

To get started, contact Events Partner by phone or through the enquiry form with your event date, venue type, and headcount so they can confirm availability and prepare an initial package proposal.

From our first email back in August to the final setup last Thursday, working with Events Partner was smooth and straightforward -- which, in the world of events, really says a lot. There were quite a few changes along the way (as these things go), but the team was flexible, accommodating, supportive, and genuinely kind, just really easy to work with from start to finish. A big shoutout to Nicolas Teo, who was involved from the beginning and incredibly reliable throughout. On event day, he and the crew arrived fully prepped, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Also, a shoutout to Aaron from the ops team, teardown was quick, clean, and completely hassle-free. Everything was wrapped up efficiently, and the space was left spotless. Everyone we interacted with was polite, professional, and proactive. Even when small furniture issues came up, they were handled on the spot (No fuss, just action). Great-looking setup, excellent service, and a really solid experience overall. We truly appreciate the entire team’s support, we couldn’t have pulled it off without them. We’ll definitely be working with Events Partner again! :)

Great experience with Events Partner renting stage furniture for our corporate event. EP has a large selection of furniture at reasonable prices, which allowed us to curate our stage design. Team is responsive. Will recommend.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent rental of tables, chairs, and a partition for my son's birthday party on 29 November 2025. Unfortunately, my experience was severely marred by a critical failure in service that significantly impacted the conclusion of our event. While the initial delivery of the items was as agreed, the scheduled collection time was not upheld. Your team was contractually late to collect the items by 3pm, leaving me in an extremely difficult position. Due to a back-to-back booking at the venue, I was forced to vacate the event space promptly. With no staff present to collect your equipment, I had no choice but to ask my well-dressed guests to physically move all the furniture. This included clearing tablecloths, stacking chairs, folding tables, and dismantling and moving the wooden partition outside the unit. This was not only highly inconvenient and unprofessional from my perspective as a host, but it was also deeply embarrassing to impose this physical labour on my guests, who were there to celebrate, not to work. The entire situation could have been avoided with punctuality or, at the very least, proactive communication regarding the delay. The lack of it transformed what was a wonderful celebration into a stressful and chaotic conclusion. The quality of the items was fine, but service, especially timely collection which is crucial for venue logistics, is a fundamental part of your offering. In this regard, the service was a profound failure. I cannot recommend your services for any event where timing or venue logistics are sensitive. Other hosts should be aware that reliance on your collection schedule may carry a substantial risk

I am really appreciative of the events partner operations team (sorry did not catch your name over the phone), the team that came down to deliver, fix and replace the furniture, Herman and Benny from the sales team for their tremendous support. Not only were they great to communicate to, they were ready and helpful to help me solve any issues I had with the furniture. Additionally, I really appreciate all their efforts and readiness to assist me in any last minute additions and replacements.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Events Partner charge?

Event planning fees depend on the scope of the brief, the number of vendors coordinated, and the event type. As a general reference, full event planning in Singapore (excluding venue and F&B) typically runs S$5,000–25,000+ for weddings and large corporate functions; kids' birthday and baby full-month packages with entertainment and decor generally fall in the S$500–2,500 range. Confirm the full breakdown in writing: the deposit required to secure the date (typically 30–50%), what planning hours and deliverables that covers, the balance schedule, hours of coverage, and any travel charge for non-central venues. Ask about GST treatment and whether vendor disbursements are billed at cost or marked up. See the full event planners cost guide for Singapore →

How far ahead should I book Events Partner?

For weddings, 6–12 months is the recommended lead time — popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November book out earliest, and securing a planner early gives you access to preferred vendors before their calendars fill. For corporate events and milestone celebrations, 3–6 months is a reasonable target. Birthday parties and baby full-month or 100-day celebrations are more flexible, with 6–12 weeks typically sufficient for in-demand decorators and entertainers. Floral arrangements for everyday occasions can often be accommodated within 1–2 weeks. Confirm whether the date is held on enquiry or only on receipt of the deposit — most planners reserve nothing without a signed contract and payment.

What does the deposit cover and what is the cancellation policy at Events Partner?

The standard Singapore industry practice is a non-refundable deposit of 30–50% on signing, which secures the event date and covers the initial planning hours, vendor briefings, and any design or concept work undertaken before the event. The balance is typically due 1–2 weeks before the event date. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers, whether it is transferable to a rescheduled date rather than forfeited on cancellation, and what the rescheduling policy looks like if a force-majeure event — weather, venue closure, or a public-health restriction — forces a change of date. Ask about public liability insurance, particularly for setups at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or hotel event spaces where the venue may require a certificate of insurance before permitting setup access. Lock in these terms before signing.
