About Experia Events
Experia Events is an event planning company operating islandwide from its base at Changi Airport Terminal 2. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channels. With 8 Google reviews averaging 3.5 out of 5, the sample is too small to draw firm conclusions about service quality — prospective clients should weigh this alongside a direct consultation. Pricing is mid-range ($$) on a package basis, and specific package costs were not provided at the time of listing.
For those considering Experia Events, the process typically begins with an enquiry by phone or via the contact form, sharing the event date, venue, and headcount. Event planners work across a range of occasions — corporate functions, weddings, birthday parties, and private celebrations — so it is worth clarifying which types of events form their core focus during the initial consultation. Discuss theme and style direction, whether you need a full-service plan or coordination only, what is included versus billed à la carte, and the deposit structure (typically 30–50% on signing with the balance due one to two weeks before the event). For setup-heavy work at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or hotel venues, confirm whether public liability insurance is held and whether the venue requires a copy of the certificate.
To take the next step, reach out to Experia Events by phone or through the enquiry form with your event date, estimated headcount, and a brief description of the occasion to receive a package proposal.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I’m just going there to pick up a merchandise from an event. The place is not at the departure hall of T2, but have to go pass the starbucks, through car park 2A, find the number 5 or 6 lift going to level 3, then cross a bridge going to another building which is meant for offices, then searching for the main door to enter the office. Luckily the operator was patient enough to explain the step by step way to reach the office, which I have to call a few times. Hope this post helps someone who’re trying to locate their office

Experia Events uses package-based pricing, though specific figures were not disclosed at the time of listing. For context, Singapore market norms for event planning range broadly: full event planning (excluding venue and catering) typically runs S$5,000–25,000+ depending on scope and complexity; kids' birthday party entertainment and décor packages sit at S$500–2,500; baby full-month or 100-day bundles at S$300–2,000; and individual vendor categories such as floral or balloon décor at S$300–1,500. When requesting a quote, confirm the deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance payment schedule, what hours of coverage or deliverables are included, any travel charge for non-central venues, and whether GST applies. Lead time depends heavily on the event type. For weddings, popular planners and multi-vendor coordinators are often booked 6–12 months in advance, with peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November filling earliest. For birthday parties and baby celebrations such as full-month or 100-day events, 6–12 weeks is generally sufficient for in-demand vendors, though more for complex custom builds. Confirm whether the event date is held on payment of the deposit — most planners will not reserve a date without one. If any portion of the event is outdoors, ask about the wet-weather contingency plan and whether rescheduling is possible without forfeiting the deposit.
Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date, with the remainder due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, initial planning hours, supplier bookings, mock-ups — and what portion, if any, is refundable upon cancellation. Deposits are typically non-refundable but may be transferable to a future date at the planner's discretion. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including force-majeure situations. For setups at HDB void decks, condo facilities, or hotel venues, also confirm whether Experia Events holds public liability insurance and whether the venue requires a copy of the certificate before permitting setup.
