About Fulford Events Singapore
Fulford Events Singapore is an event planning company based at 1 Esplanade Drive, operating islandwide across Singapore. KakiList has verified their operating details and contact channel. With 4.6 out of 5 from 20,154 Google reviews — a robust sample — they carry a strong public reputation, though pricing is listed at a mid-range tier ($$) and specific package rates should be confirmed directly as none are published.
Enquiring with Fulford Events Singapore typically begins with sharing your event date, venue, and headcount, followed by a theme or style consultation to scope the package. Event planning engagements are usually priced as packages rather than à la carte, with a deposit of around 30–50% on signing to secure the date and the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Lead times vary considerably by event type — weddings generally require six to twelve months for popular Saturday dates, while birthday parties and baby celebrations can often be arranged within six to twelve weeks. For outdoor or partially outdoor events, confirm the wet-weather contingency plan in advance. If the event is held at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel, ask whether Fulford Events can assist with venue paperwork and whether they hold public liability insurance, which some venues require as a condition of setup access.
To take the next step, contact Fulford Events Singapore via phone or the enquiry form on their listing, providing your event date, venue, approximate headcount, and a brief description of the occasion — this allows them to advise on package fit and availability before any deposit is paid.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Nice architecture, good place to visit. Should have enough time to see each place fully as many other attractions of Singapore nearby in Marina area. In short duration you can't enjoy it fully. Must plan it nicely.
Great place to visit with family. We traveled here with my wife and our two kids. The atmosphere is beautiful, family-friendly, and perfect for a relaxed walk while enjoying the iconic view. The kids loved the open space and scenery. Highly recommended when visiting Singapore.
If you want to see the whole building, check in advance when there are guided tours. We saw the building just from outside and the lobby spaces as well as the roof terrace. The architecture was somewhat disappointing as the building didn’t look as good as in the photos. The overall concept is more readable in the drone photos, seen from near, the detailing is not on the point. There were unpaid program for audience in the lobby which is nice.
A fantastic space to visit for cultural shows, world class acts and music gigs. There’s always something happening! And in between looking for something that catches your fancy, there are loads of food options from local favorites to great restaurants and lively drinking spots. Walk along the water’s edge and you can have a good view of the famous Marina Bay Sands
The building has an unusual, very interesting architecture, which clearly reminds you of the durian fruit. At night it is very beautifully illuminated. In addition, there is a terrace with free access from where you have a very beautiful view of the bay and part of the city.

Fulford Events Singapore lists its pricing at a mid-range tier ($$) and works on a package basis, but specific figures are not published — you will need to request a quote directly based on your event type, scope, and headcount. As a general guide for event planning in Singapore: full event planning (excluding venue and catering) typically runs S$5,000–25,000+ depending on complexity; kids' birthday party packages covering entertainment and décor sit around S$500–2,500; baby full-month and 100-day bundles range from S$300–2,000. Expect a deposit of roughly 30–50% on signing, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Travel charges may apply for non-central venues, and GST should be confirmed when you receive the quote. See the full Event Planners cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings, six to twelve months ahead is the standard, as popular Saturdays — particularly in March, April, October, and November — are typically claimed well in advance. The further ahead you enquire, the more likely you are to secure your preferred date. For birthday parties and baby celebrations such as full-month or 100-day events, six to twelve weeks is usually sufficient for established planners, though peak school-holiday periods can compress availability. Once you are ready to proceed, the signed contract and deposit are what lock in the date — until both are in place, the slot remains open to other enquiries. Confirm whether the date is firm on deposit and ask about wet-weather contingency if any portion of the event is planned outdoors.
The Singapore events industry norm is a 30–50% deposit on signing, which secures the date and typically covers early planning work such as concept development, vendor coordination, and site recce time. The balance is usually due one to two weeks before the event. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a future date — confirm this in writing before paying. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy if a force-majeure situation such as a public-health restriction or extreme weather requires a postponement, and whether the deposit is preserved in full or partially in those circumstances. Also confirm whether Fulford Events holds public liability insurance and, if so, the coverage amount — S$500,000 to S$1,000,000 is the typical range. Some HDB void decks, condo function rooms, and hotel venues require a copy of this certificate before permitting setup.
