About Funworks SG
Funworks SG is an event planning company operating islandwide from its office at 76 Playfair Road, Singapore. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channels. With a Google rating of 4.8 across 106 reviews, the rating carries reasonable weight. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range band; specific package rates are not published and will depend on event scope.
Enquiries typically begin with sharing the event date, venue, and headcount so Funworks SG can advise on package options versus à la carte add-ons. A theme or style consultation usually follows, covering concept direction, décor, and entertainment or activity components relevant to your event type. Confirm the deposit requirement on signing (typically 30–50% to secure the date), the balance payment schedule (usually one to two weeks before the event), and what deliverables are included within the package. Ask about setup and teardown windows, as these are often outside the rented venue slot. If any portion of the event is outdoors or at an HDB void deck or condo function room, confirm wet-weather contingency and whether the company holds public liability insurance — some venues require a copy of the certificate before permitting setup.
To take the next step, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form with your event date, venue, and a brief on the occasion and headcount, and request a written scope and package quote.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
We engaged Funworks to organise our annual teambonding event, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The Amazing Race at Sentosa thoughtfully planned and seamlessly executed. The challenges were creative, well-balanced, and thoughtfully designed to encourage teamwork, communication, and problem solving. The facilitators were energetic, clear in their instructions, and highly attentive, ensuring that all teams felt supported and included. The event concluded on a high note with prize presentations and a generous lucky draw, leaving participants feeling appreciated and rewarded. Overall, the vendor demonstrated strong professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. We would highly recommend them to organisations looking for a well-run, engaging, and memorable teambuilding experience.
Had an amazing Year End Party with the help of Funworks!!! As part of our company’s Social Committee who planned the event, Meagan and her team really guided us on how to make our first company D&D memorable and fun! We didn’t even sweat during the day as Funworks handled it all from lights, sounds, program flow and all necessary assistance throughout the night. Emcee Gerald was also a fantastic and very engaging host who added enthusiasm during the event. After the event, we heard lots of compliments about the program flow! It was really a night to remember.
We had a wonderful experience working with the Funworks team for our event! The facilitators were engaging, organized, and made the activities both fun and meaningful. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and our participants had an amazing time. Highly recommend Funworks for any team-building event!
We truly enjoyed the activities organised by Funworks! My company has engaged them for our Annual team building event for a consecutive two years. They never fail to disappoint. Keeping the energy high. I like the stations of cup stacking pyramid, paper aeroplane, flipping squares and squid games theme.
Organised a team bonding session with the team at Funworks (Zhi Yu, Rebecca and Zeth). Programmes were planned nicely, time management was also well done! My colleagues and I all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. They also responded fast to our queries, which made the whole planning experience smooth without hiccups. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a fun and engaging team bonding!

Funworks SG uses a package-based pricing model, and specific rates are not published — you will need to request a quote based on your event type, scope, and headcount. As a reference for the Singapore market: event planning packages excluding venue and catering typically run S$5,000–25,000+ depending on complexity; kids' birthday party entertainment and décor packages range from S$500–2,500; baby full-month and 100-day bundles sit around S$300–2,000; balloon and décor installations typically cost S$300–1,500. When requesting a quote, confirm what is itemised separately: deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing), balance payment schedule, hours of coverage or number of installations, travel charge for non-central venues, and GST. Get the full breakdown in writing before paying anything. See the full Event Planners cost guide for Singapore →
Lead time depends heavily on the event type. For weddings, popular event planners and décor specialists book out 6–12 months in advance, with peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November filling earliest. For birthday parties and baby celebrations, 6–12 weeks is a reasonable buffer for in-demand operators. If any custom elements — branded installations, bespoke props, or multi-vendor coordination — are involved, longer lead times reduce the risk of items being unavailable. Confirm whether paying the deposit formally holds the date, and ask about the rescheduling policy in case weather or unforeseen circumstances force a change. Popular dates are not guaranteed until a deposit is received.
The Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing that secures the date and covers planning hours and any early procurement. The balance is typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, consultation time, mock-ups or sample work — and what portion, if any, is refundable or transferable to a future date if you need to cancel or reschedule. Also ask whether Funworks SG carries public liability insurance, particularly if the event involves structural installations or takes place at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue that may require a certificate before setup is permitted. Put the deliverables, rescheduling terms, and balance schedule in writing before signing.
