I am very grateful to Pika and her Team, for teaching and guiding my son for the past 2 years. It isn't easy for my autistic son to cope in a mainstream school with other kids. From a quiet and introvert character who often get bullied in school, he is now more willing to speak out and express his thoughts. I am very happy that he can make some good friends in school too. Before joining Imagine If, my son has gone through multiple sessions with the psychologist on his behavior and autistic issues. Despite that, there are still many challenges for my son to manage his anger and express his thoughts, it was also very difficult for me to parent him. After joining Imagine If, Pika not only taught my son how to manage his emotions and his rigidity, but also guided me how to accept him and do better parenting. Both my husband and I are impressed by how much a regular Saturday session every week can make such a big difference. The psychiatrist and school teachers also witness the improvement that my son made throughout each year and encourage me to continue the journey with Imagine If. I always wish that my son will have a memorable and happy childhood, especially pertaining to school. I also hope that he can cope better in the society as a grownup in the future.
