About Invade Singapore Events
Invade Singapore Events is an event planning company operating islandwide from its base at Sims Drive, SCN Centre. It is KakiList-verified and holds a 4.6/5 rating across 80 Google reviews — a moderate sample that provides a reasonable signal of consistent client satisfaction. Pricing is mid-range and structured around packages, though specific figures should be confirmed directly.
Engaging an event planner typically begins with an enquiry by WhatsApp, phone, or the online form, covering the event date, venue, and rough headcount. From there, expect a theme and style consultation, a discussion of package versus à la carte scope, and a site recce if the venue is not yet confirmed. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is the Singapore industry standard to secure your date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Popular event dates — particularly Saturday evenings in March, April, October, and November — book out months ahead, so early engagement is advisable. Confirm the setup and teardown windows with your venue, and ask about wet-weather or backup contingency if any element is outdoors. For setups at HDB void decks or condo function rooms, public liability insurance documentation is often required by the venue.
To take the next step, reach out via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your event date, venue, expected headcount, and a brief description of the occasion — Invade Singapore Events can then outline which packages fit your scope and confirm availability.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
It was our very first participation at Sentosa Grillfest 2025 as a new brand, and while there were some hiccups such as a slight inaccuracy of booth dimensions, I would like to commend Kent's Team, Joie, Shah, Chong and Rox for their dedication & their strong support throughout the event. Joie was extremely prompt in her replies and went out of her way many times to assist such as finding us a ladder to ensure out booth set up was successful. Shah consistently checked in with us, making sure we had the necessary support and reminding us of the important detail to take note. Chong was always the fastest to appear whenever electrical issues cropped up and help us on the booth measurements late at night before the set up day. Rox put in commendable effort on the marketing ide, driving awareness and visibility for the event! Despite the challenges, working with the team has been a smooth and positive journey. Their proactiveness, reliability and willingness to go the extra mile made a big difference for us as a new brand in Sentosa Grill Fest. I would gladly work with them again if given a chance.
We recently worked with the Invade team for the first time at Sentosa GrillFest, and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The team has been nothing but supportive, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process! From pre-event planning all the way to on-site execution, they were always present, attentive, and ready to lend a hand whenever needed. That kind of dedication really makes a difference, especially in such a busy and high-energy festival setting. Really appreciate the professionalism and positive energy they brought to the table - it made Makoto-Ya's collaboration smooth and enjoyable. Looking forward to working together again!
We have taken part in a few events with invade, overall the team has been great, planning events with adequate marketing and clear cut instructions for vendors like us pre-event and post event. Shout out to Lydia who have been actively sharing suitable pop-ups for my team and have entertained our non-stop questions. 4 stars because the rental is really too much for businesses like ours 😭😭😭 Otherwise good job!

Invade Singapore Events uses a package-based pricing model, and specific figures should be confirmed directly as they vary by event type, scope, and headcount. For context, Singapore market norms for event planning services typically run S$5,000–25,000+ for full event planning (excluding venue and F&B), while partial or day-of coordination packages sit lower. Itemise in writing: the deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance schedule, exactly what hours and deliverables are covered, travel charges for non-central venues, and GST. Lead time depends on the event type and date. For weddings, 6–12 months ahead is the norm for popular planners — peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill earliest. For birthday parties, baby full-month or 100-day celebrations, and corporate events, 6–12 weeks is generally sufficient, though more time gives more flexibility on venue and vendor choices. Confirm whether the date is secured by deposit at signing and ask about the policy if the event date needs to shift. Same-day or last-minute enquiries may still be accommodated depending on availability, but a firm booking always requires a signed agreement and deposit.
The Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% non-refundable deposit on signing, which holds the date and covers initial planning hours, consultations, and vendor coordination work already completed. The balance is typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers, what is refundable versus transferable if you cancel, and the rescheduling policy if a venue closure or unforeseen circumstance forces a change of date. Also ask whether Invade Singapore Events carries public liability insurance — this is particularly relevant for setups at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or hotel venues where the venue manager may request a copy of the certificate before permitting setup.
