Engaging an event planner typically begins with an enquiry by phone or web form, sharing the event date, venue, and rough headcount. PICO Singapore works across event planning and production; expect a scope and theme consultation, a site recce where relevant, and a package or à la carte proposal covering planning hours, coordination, and any design or production components. Deposits are typically 30–50% on signing to secure the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Popular event dates — particularly Saturday evenings in March, April, October, and November for weddings — book out well in advance, so early enquiry is advisable. Lead times for other corporate or social events vary by complexity and scale. Confirm the deliverables, rescheduling policy, and public liability insurance in writing before signing.
To take the next step, contact PICO Singapore by phone or via the enquiry form on their listing, providing your event date, venue, and headcount to receive a tailored package proposal.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
We held our Christmas Eve event on 24 December 2025 at Pico Event Hall, and we would like to sincerely thank Hakim and his team for their outstanding support throughout the entire process. From the initial booking stage all the way to the day of the event, they were professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. Their attention to detail and hands-on assistance ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to enjoy a successful and memorable Christmas celebration. Highly recommended venue with an excellent team!
The reviews on exorbitant parking charges are true. 31mins of being here and we were charged $5.5. Also, the AXS Drive parking voucher (given by brawn and brains) DID NOT work at all. We wasted time trying to download the required app, enter all our personal details and finally the voucher code, which resulted in us overstaying in the carpark by 1 minute. Charges for 30mins in the carpark is $3.50. We ended up paying $5.5! The $2 parking voucher that we applied on the app (as told) shows successful on the app but did not deduct at all at our exit. Either the building owner, building management, or AXS Drive should be responsible.
Blatant exploitation and outright disgrace. The parking here is a complete rip-off—ridiculously overpriced to the point of being predatory. To make it worse, there’s no signage at the entrance disclosing these absurd rates, which feels like a deliberate attempt to deceive and trap drivers. This isn’t just bad practice—it’s borderline unethical. The parking system is ancient and incompatible with current motoring cards, showing just how little the management cares about keeping up with basic standards or providing convenience. And the security guard? Rude, arrogant, and utterly useless. Instead of offering help, he acts like he's doing you a favor by simply being there. Absolutely no professionalism, no courtesy—just pure attitude. I will be reporting this to CASE without hesitation. This building management should be ashamed. Avoid at all costs.

Event planning packages vary considerably by scope, scale, and the level of production involved. As a general market reference, full event planning (excluding venue and F&B) typically runs S$5,000–25,000+ for corporate and social events, while more focused coordination or partial planning packages can start lower. Wedding-specific planning, exhibition production, and large-scale corporate events sit at the higher end of this range. Itemise the following before signing: the deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance payment schedule, the number of planning and coordination hours included, travel charges for non-central venues, and GST. Ask whether design, printing, audio-visual, and décor are bundled or billed separately. See the full Event Planners cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings and large-scale corporate events, 6–12 months' lead time is strongly advisable — popular Saturday dates in March, April, October, and November are among the first to go. For mid-sized social or corporate events, 3–6 months is a reasonable minimum, particularly where custom production, bespoke décor, or multi-vendor coordination is involved. Confirm whether your preferred date is still available before paying any deposit, and ask about the rescheduling policy in the event that a force-majeure situation — a public-health restriction or extreme weather — requires a date change. A written confirmation of the booking date and deposit terms should be obtained at the point of signing.
The Singapore industry standard for event planning is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date and commence planning work. This typically covers the date hold, initial consultation and design hours, and any preliminary vendor briefings or mock-ups undertaken on your behalf. Confirm in writing exactly what the deposit covers at PICO Singapore before paying. Deposits in this industry are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date, subject to availability. Ask about the rescheduling window (typically 6–12 months) and whether a force-majeure clause applies. For event setups at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or hotel venues, confirm that public liability insurance is in place and that a copy of the certificate can be provided to the venue if required.
