The typical engagement begins with a consultation on your event date, venue, and headcount. Rise Events Singapore operates as an event planner, coordinating multi-vendor logistics across suppliers such as caterers, decorators, photographers, and entertainers. Prospective clients should clarify the scope of planning services offered — whether full planning, partial coordination, or day-of management — alongside the package inclusions, deposit structure (typically 30–50% on signing), and balance schedule (usually 1–2 weeks before the event). For weddings, confirm whether the team handles ROM solemnisation coordination, tea ceremony logistics, and any dialect-group customs. For corporate events and social occasions, agree deliverables, vendor selection responsibility, and wet-weather or contingency protocols in writing before committing.
To get started, contact Rise Events Singapore via phone or the enquiry form with your event date, venue, headcount, and a brief description of the occasion to receive a package proposal.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
The best hotel breakfast buffet in my life! Not surprising it's in Marina Bay Sands. Options are very diverse. I wish I had 3 stomachs to be able to try everything. My favorites were the congee station, fresh fruits, and Indian station. Recommend coming here before 8:30am because it gets very busy. Service was incredible. I wish I could've stayed longer in Marina Bay Sands.

There was so much to choose from. I personally like the Japanese buffet spread. The laksa was my favourite. It was perfect. The seafood counter has a lot of variety. The lobster was fresh but the meat was tough. The desserts were so colourful.
This buffet offers a huge selection of food, fantastic service and iconic setting. Top points go to the service and the atmosphere. Everything here is great, especially for the price. However, I personally found some food items to be under seasoned (to my preference). Certain dishes looked better than they tasted. Besides this, Everything here was great. Overall this is a great hotel buffet option in Singapore.
Rise Buffet at Marina Bay Sands was an excellent experience. The food selection was amazing and everything was fresh and delicious. My husband and I had a wonderful time together and truly enjoyed every moment. A special thank you to our waitress, Mina, who provided outstanding service — she was attentive, friendly, and made our evening even better. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Singapore.

Rise Events Singapore uses package-based pricing, but specific rates are not publicly listed — you will need to enquire directly with your event date, venue, headcount, and scope for an accurate quote. As a general guide, full event planning in Singapore typically runs S$5,000–25,000+ (excluding venue and F&B), depending on the complexity of the occasion and vendor coordination required. Day-of coordination or partial planning packages are usually priced lower. When reviewing any proposal, confirm what is included: planning hours, vendor briefings, site recce, on-the-day staffing, setup and teardown oversight, and deliverables timeline. Itemise the deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance due date, travel charges for non-central venues, and GST. Ask for the rescheduling and cancellation policy in writing before paying. See the full event planners cost guide for Singapore →
Lead time depends on the event type. For weddings, 6–12 months ahead is advisable — popular Saturday evenings in March, April, October, and November book out earliest, and popular planners at a venue like Marina Bay Sands are in high demand. For corporate dinners, product launches, and social occasions, 2–4 months is generally sufficient, though peak end-of-year corporate event season (October–December) fills quickly. For baby full-month or birthday celebrations, 6–12 weeks is typically adequate. Confirm whether the date is formally secured once the deposit is paid, and ask whether a second date can be held briefly while you finalise the venue decision. Wet-weather and backup contingency for outdoor portions of the event should also be agreed at the time of booking.
Singapore industry standard is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to hold the date and cover initial planning hours, vendor briefings, and any pre-event site recces. The balance is typically due 1–2 weeks before the event. Confirm in writing exactly what the deposit covers, whether it is refundable if you cancel, and whether it can be transferred to a future date if your plans change. Rescheduling terms matter particularly for events at premium venues where vendor slots are constrained. Ask about the policy if a force-majeure situation — such as a public-health restriction or venue closure — requires postponement. Also confirm whether Rise Events Singapore holds public liability insurance, as some venues (including hotel function spaces and HDB void decks) require the event planner or their vendors to provide a certificate of insurance before setup is permitted.
