About Tea Room Events
Tea Room Events is an event planning company operating islandwide from its base at The St. Regis Singapore on Tanglin Road. The listing is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. Package-based pricing is available, though specific figures are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly.
Enquire by sharing your event date, venue, and headcount, along with your theme or style preferences. Tea Room Events operates on a package model, so early contact helps establish whether an à la carte or bundled scope better fits your event. For weddings, this means clarifying the ROM solemnisation arrangement, tea ceremony requirements, and any dialect-group customs. For corporate or social events, confirm the coverage hours, setup and teardown windows, and whether a travel charge applies to venues outside the central region. A deposit of 30–50% is typical on signing to secure the date, with the balance usually due one to two weeks before the event.
Contact Tea Room Events by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to discuss your event brief, get a package proposal, and confirm date availability before the slot is taken.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.

Discover savoury delights and delicate sweets handcrafted to celebrate the season. The Festive Afternoon Tea is priced from SGD 65 with a glass of Copenhagen sparkling tea, and SGD 95 with a glass of R de Ruinart Brut champagne.
Jenny did a fantastic job in taking our orders and serving them right away. Burger was grilled just perfect and side order of truffle fries was so good. Calamansi tart reminded me of upscaled version of lemon meringue pie slice. I forgot the name of my drink, just remembered it had basil and gingerale. Would definitely recommend and love to come back again to try their other mains, drinks and desserts.
Loving the chinese new year hightea set, especially the take on the savory dishes and how classy the tablewares are. Scones are refillable but we were so full from whatever served, we left with a happy tummy.
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing high tea at the St. Regis Hotel. The spread of goodies was nothing short of spectacular. An impressive selection of pastries Each item was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The elegant ambiance of the hotel added to the overall charm of the experience, I can’t wait to return for another delightful experience! Highly recommended!
A tad disappointed as we had specially booked the high tea but wasn’t informed it only starts at 3pm until we got there 😧 It wasn’t indicated anywhere when we did the booking. Fortunately we got to do Ala carte order of the scones! It tasted not bad, but another disappointment came when we wanted to order another round , they said it’s sold out 😳 Even before 3pm? I think they should really estimate the demand and stop disappointing customers

Tea Room Events uses package-based pricing, and specific figures are not publicly displayed — you will need to contact them directly for a proposal. As a reference, Singapore market norms for event planning (excluding venue and F&B) typically run S$5,000–25,000+ depending on event scale, complexity, and the scope of vendor coordination involved. Confirm in writing: the deposit required on signing (typically 30–50%), the balance payment schedule, the hours of coverage included, deliverables and timelines, any travel charge for non-central venues, and whether GST applies. Getting a full itemised quote before paying anything is essential. See the full Event Planners cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings, 6–12 months ahead is the standard lead time for event planners, particularly for popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November, which book out earliest. If Tea Room Events is coordinating multiple vendors — photographer, florist, caterer, entertainment — earlier engagement gives the planner more flexibility to secure preferred suppliers. For corporate events and social celebrations, 6–12 weeks is typically sufficient for smaller scopes, though larger productions benefit from more lead time. Confirm whether the date is firm only once the deposit is paid, and ask about the wet-weather or backup contingency policy if any element of the event is outdoors.
The Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the event date, with the balance due approximately one to two weeks before the event. The deposit typically covers date hold, initial planning hours, consultations, and any design or mood-board work done ahead of the event. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date — confirm this in writing before signing. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy if a venue restriction, weather event, or other unforeseen circumstance requires a date change. Also confirm whether Tea Room Events holds public liability insurance, particularly if the event involves setup at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue where the venue management may require a copy of the certificate.
