About W Productions Singapore
W Productions Singapore is an event planning company operating islandwide from its base in Geylang. It is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. With only 2 Google reviews at a perfect 5/5 rating, the sample size is too small to draw conclusions about overall service quality, and no ACRA registration has been confirmed at the time of listing.
Enquiries typically begin with your event date, venue, and approximate headcount, followed by a theme or style consultation to establish the scope of work. For weddings, this includes aligning on solemnisation versus banquet requirements, tea-ceremony elements, and any dialect-group customs. For birthday parties and baby celebrations such as full-month or 100-day events, lead time of 6–12 weeks is standard for in-demand decorators and entertainers. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is the Singapore industry norm to secure your date, with the balance typically due 1–2 weeks before the event. Confirm the setup and teardown windows, especially if your venue is an HDB void deck or condo function room where timing restrictions apply, and ask about wet-weather contingency for any outdoor elements.
Contact W Productions Singapore via WhatsApp or phone to share your event date, venue, and headcount, and request a written package proposal before committing to a deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I was referred to Celest from W Legends Film Productions as my wedding proposal videographer by my ROM photographer, Vincent. I'm very satisfied with the work they deliver and the service they provide. They also tried their best to fulfill my needs. Due to the pandemic and safe distancing measures, there are many challenges during the planning process, but Celest brainstormed with me and helped me smoothen the planning process. When I asked for her help to use some of the decorations that I bought, she offered to pickup the decorations at my house! She also helped me to order additional decorations and bouquet for me! During the proposal, they helped us to decorate the venue and do crowd control! She and her team also give their best when filming this special once-in-a-lifetime event. They are like the director for my own movie. It was really fun working with them. I'm really grateful for all the things they have done. Plus, they helped us edited photos they took on the day with no additional charge! I would definitely recommend them if you need a professional videographer. And would definitely use their service if I need a videographer!
Very friendly young and energetic group of people, would go an extra mile just to make your video quality better, affordable service. Definitely recommend:)

W Productions Singapore lists its pricing at a mid-range tier ($$) and works on a package basis, though specific figures are not publicly disclosed. For context, Singapore market norms for event planning services vary widely by scope: full event planning excluding venue and catering typically runs S$5,000–25,000+, kids' birthday party entertainment and décor packages S$500–2,500, and baby full-month or 100-day bundles S$300–2,000. Always request an itemised written quote covering the deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance payment schedule, hours of coverage or number of installations, deliverables timeline, travel charges for non-central venues, and GST. Lead time depends on the event type. For weddings, 6–12 months ahead is advisable for popular planners and décor specialists — peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November tend to book out earliest. For birthday parties and baby celebrations such as full-month or 100-day events, 6–12 weeks is a reasonable minimum for in-demand entertainers and balloon decorators. Once you confirm a date, a deposit secures it in writing. Ask whether your preferred date is still available early in the conversation, and confirm the wet-weather or backup contingency if any element of the event is outdoors or in a venue with restricted access.
The Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing, which holds your date and covers initial planning and design hours. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers, whether it is refundable or transferable to a future date on cancellation, and the rescheduling policy if an unforeseen circumstance — such as a public-health restriction or a venue closure — forces a change. Also ask about public liability insurance, particularly if the setup involves an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue where the venue manager may require a copy of the certificate before allowing access. Put the deliverables list, balance payment schedule, and all terms in a signed contract before paying any amount.
